When I have the sudden drunken urge for some authentic Mexican food at three in the morning, Taco Bell is where it's at and apparently everyone else having similar cravings as well. From stoners to drunkards, it's a mass following in the wee hours of the night for some fourth meal action. The drive thru lines are often long as impaired drivers and passengers must make such difficult life decisions when it comes to selecting from the menu ordering with slurred speeches. A process that would have taken half the time if everyone wasn't inebriated. The Doritos tacos locos, has there been such an ingenious and magnificent creation in recent history of mankind?!?!?! I too would give this place a negative 10 - I've tried it several times over the years but tonight was one of the worst. After ordering a 12 pack of tacos, a burrito supreme and an enchirito I asked for both mild and fire sauce. Before I left the window (remember I've been here before and they never get the order right) I found 6 packets of sauce total. I asked for more and was given 3 more. When I asked if the sauce was really that expensive, I was told I could have 3 packets of sauce per item, therefore I could have 9 packets of sauce. When I explained I had 12 tacos, the guy just turned around and ignored me. Wow! I'm done giving them a chance. This is the best taco bell in town. I've used the drive thru at least 2 dozen times over the past 18 months, and I place large orders containing 6 or more items, including customizations. Deserves zero stars. As someone who worked in the food service industry for 15 years and customer service going on 17, this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I received attitude from the girl who took my order after I requested a medium drink instead of a large. When I pulled up to the window, she was standing there, fondling breadsticks, trying to explain how they were rock hard and it'd be a wait for new ones; a request I would have had no problem waiting for. She then asked if I wanted to just taken them off my order. No apology, not an ounce of empathy. I told her I was going to pull around because I wanted to speak to the manager to which she replied, "I am the manager." Wow. Not only do you have no idea what is going on in your kitchen and can't practice safe hold-times, you have no idea how to treat your customers and clearly need to be re-trained. I am so glad I chose to leave NOT spend my money here and go to Wendy's instead. The regional manager needs to do an audit of the employees of this store, especially of the management, if this is how customer's are treated. I don't care if you're having a bad day or you're just a crappy person; you drop that at the door and do your job. Giving it a 3 only because I've been there before and have mostly had good experiences. But today gets a 1 because when a restaurant says they open at 7, everything should be open by 7:40. Menu wasn't updated for breakfast for the second time and no one said a word to us. Drove around the building and the window was dark. Drove around more and there was a guy at the front door who was trying to get in. He said the door says 7 but I'm calling the guy inside and he acts like he can't speak English. I have never written a yelp review but my experience here was awful enough to encourage me to download the app. Me and my girlfriend went through the drive through tonight. I ordered a $5 chalupa craving box and she ordered two dorito tacos. We got to the drive through window, three people were at the register. The gentleman handed me the box and promptly closed the window. The dorito tacos weren't there and we had to wait a few minutes before he even noticed we were still there. We got our tacos and left. Once we got home I realized that I never got the drink. Inside of the box, every item was wrong. No chalupa, a breakfast burrito? And a soft taco. Along with tortilla chips, not cinnamon twist. I just went through the drive-thru and had a very disturbing experience. I will say I typically do not eat fast food for fear of people messing with my food and the fact it is literally the worse possible quality you can buy. I know it was late, but there was still plenty of time until close. The gentleman on the speaker asked how I was doing. I said I was good, how are you? This is where it started going sideways for me. He said, "it's okay, just getting to the end of the night and trying to close up." I took this as a hint that they didn't want my business, but figured maybe he is just dumb and not thinking about what he was saying. I proceeded to order a grodita crunch and crunchwrap supreme. He then told me the "grill" was closed and that there were chemicals all over it and they didn't want to contaminate the food. Seriously?! Who would tell a guest that? I said, "okay. Can you make a Mexican pizza?" dead silence for like 15 seconds. I said, "hello?" He said, "I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you, I was talking to a customer." I was thinking to myself, what customer? There was only one car ahead of me and they already were gone. Whatever, I repeated the order. Then a girl came on and asked me to repeat the order again, so I did. Then it was silent and the guy came back and said, "what was that?" at this point I knew they were 100% messing with me and who knows what they would do to my food. I said just forget it and just to cancel my order. Then I could hear a girl condescendingly yell in the background, "thanks! Goodbye!" basically, thanking me for cancelling my order. Wow.! Yesterday afternoon my wife and I went through the drive through lanes to order because we both had a long day. I ordered 2 soft tacos with sour cream and 2 pintos and cheese sides, my wife ordered a taco salad with extra sour cream. When we got home I discovered that my soft tacos had no sour cream and the cheese on my pintos and cheese sides was almost invisible there was so little cheese on it not to mention that the mini bowls they use were only half full. My tacos had no tomatoes and very little meat. My wife's double sour cream taco salad was also short on meat and the double sour cream looked like it might fill a teaspoon. We got no receipt so when I called back to complain I had nothing to reference to. The drive through signed said $1.29 each. Total came to $5.97 before tax. The first time I asked he said he couldn't hear so I raised my voice. He then said there was no need to shout. I have been to this location multiple times, usually after 8pm and service has been fine. Sometimes great, yes actually great. Sometimes it's been kinda lame. Today I went through the drive thru and had good service, very quick. Got my food started on my way home. Checked on my way home and got the complete wrong order. Turned around and went back and got incredibly bad service. The girl at the counter was rude to a customer in line who appeared to be foreign because he was having trouble understanding her. When I gave them my food I saw my original order sitting there and told them it was right there and I would take it. They proceeded to throw away all the food and remake it, and did a horrible job. Cheesy Potato Burritos looked like soft tacos with no lettuce, hardly any fried potatoes, and the burrito with extra chicken was the same. Ive been going to this taco bell for at least 3 years now and never had much of a problem before besides a couple screwed up orders here and there but tonight takes the cake for worst customer service ive ever experienced at a drive thru. After giving my order i pulled up to the second window (which is standard for this specific taco bell) and the first thing i saw was a very unprofessional looking employee in a grey muscle/under shirt that had a big wet spot on the belly with cursive script tattoos on his arms that looked like they were done by a talentless artist. Talk about GHETTTTO! the dude was dressed like his parents woke him up to take out the trash early in the morning. As he opened the window he did not greet me and he was laughing amongst his co worker (a heavy set ghetto looking white girl with tons of make up foundation caked on her face). When he turned around to get my food i saw his red boxer shorts sticking out of his beltless pants. He then handed me my food without saying a word and then closed the sliding door. Something doesnt add up. I personally think they were having sex inside the taco bell before i pulled up. Its cool i get that a bored guy and a bored girl can sometimes have fun when they're alone but nobody want to look at your ashy chunky arms or the XXL tag on your boxer shorts as you're serving me food and on top of it all you didnt even say "hello" or "thank you" or "have a good night". Usually decent service. Last night I got stuck in the drive thru for 40 minutes. The wait was an inconvenience for sure. A customer 3 cars behind me got out and walked to to the window to ask why it was taking so long. The girl on the headset was oblivious to the fact she had her mic on and started yelling and cussing about the customer until someone took her set knowing we could hear her. Very unprofessional. When I called to speak to the manager Brianna, I could hear her asking why she needed to talk to a customer on the phone very rudely to whomever answered the call. On 10/15/2015 I went to Taco Bell, after waiting 20 minutes in line to get to the speaker to order my food, the kid asked me to wait another 5 minutes before he takes my order. I asked for an order of crunchy taco supreme, when i got home what i got was three half filled regular taco shells not even crunchy taco which i paid for. The employee who handed me my food, mentions of the two managers on duty only one was working and assisting with customers. To add insult to injury, I go online to place a complaint with their corporate office and their shitty web site does not even work!!!! I was forced to call their 800#, the customer service agent made it sound like they know the website doesn't work. I sounds to me like they don't care about their brand or good customer service. I used to love this Taco Bell then my Niece came to live with me. She is 15 years old and and I thought if she can work at Chick fila I tought "maybe" just maybe I said she can work at Tao Bell. They said they were hiring. She applied online and when you appy for shit they will ask you for your age. And when your hiring for a job yes they ask for your age, ssn, everything in the book. My niece got the job about a few weeks ago. A lady named Audreey hired my neice. And everyone knew my niece was 15 years of age. So this is 2 weeks my niece has been on the SCHEDUAL working from 4:30 to 10:00 P.M.!!! And no one said shit about my niece working there for two weeks!!! Untill this bitch emailed her current manger Chris to I guess take her off the schedual because she's 15 years of age! Why is my nieces age a problem now!
