I've grown increasingly tired of this location. We've done order ahead a few times to pick up in store, but they don't start the order until we show up and ask. I've watched them prioritize drive through orders before ours on multiple visits now. Inside the restaurant is also barren and uninviting. The one time I do drive through and their register is down and I'm asked to come inside. This location also stopped carrying the vast majority of the typical drink options. Prices have also gone way up. If I wanted to pay over $20 for eating alone in drive through I rather go back to Carl's Jr or something. I'm over it. I don't feel like coming back. Tons of poor reviews and management clearly doesn't care to make improvements. read more

Tired after long days work. Went inside this establishment to order food and pay cash. Gentleman that helped me was super nice and very helpful. Food came out quick. Hungry tired and just wanting to get home to eat. Missing Mexican pizza, two tacos with no lettuce and hardly any meat and cheese. At this point I'm already home. Would be one star, but heard 2 stays longer. Orders are always messed up, which means food isn't good. If you order online it doesn't matter, they will still make you go through the drive thru no matter how long the line is. Inside apparently isn't an option. read more

Wow. NEVER AGAIN! We were STUCK in the drive-through line for 56 minutes and our food was STILL NOT READY. The girl at the window (appeared to be a meth addict) had nothing but excuses. We didn't wait ANOTHER 12-13 minutes for our food. I hope no one else did, either. We grew old just waiting in line. If we were in the Jeep tonight, we could've at least driven over the curb & bushes to escape the horrendous wait in this ridiculous line. A car waited at the pickup window for 13 minutes. We placed an order online, received an email that it would be ready at 327pm. we get here at 335pm with an email and the order tracker saying it was ready. We get inside and our order still isn't done. We wait and watch as the drive thru orders are prepared and put out and other people in the lobby get their food that got here after us. Almost 30 minutes after it's supposed to be ready and we are still waiting. No communication with us other than someone asking the name of order and asking how long it's been in the system and then going back to making other orders that aren't ours. I ordered through DoorDash this morning 9/7/23 and I was so excited to try the new strawberry cream freeze and the rolled chicken tacos (my favorite) only to find that the freeze drink I paid for was substituted with another Baja blast without asking! How can Taco Bell get a one star rating? The hours and service. This is the 2nd location closed at 8pm on a weekend? At least the other location had the lights off and a sign blocking the entrence to show anyone it was closed. At this location the hours are posted as open, the lights are blazing, and I pull up to see at least 4 cars in line. When I get to the front, I wait politely for 5-10 minutes at the ordering box (I think they must have large orders) not being able to see the pick up window. When I finally Decide to pull around, I see no one waiting. I pull up and see an employee inside chatting and snacking, and they ignore me until I have to wave them over. She rudely tells me they are closed and had put a sign out to block the entrence. I inform her (as likely did the individuals in front of me) that the sign had been moved, and she shrugged and relooked the window. Taking no effort to fix it, I had to tell the people in line they are closed. Waiting for my paycheck I guess! read more

I pulled up to place my order on 7/22/2021 at 11:15pm "What can i get for you" I tell him my order and he asks if that will be all and i said yes. I pull up to the window and its a young, tall, skinny black kid about 19 years old. He opens the window and doesnt say a single word, just stares at me with his hand open. I hand him my credit card, he charges the card, opens the window, hands me my food and closes it all without saying a damn thing. Didnt ask if i wanted sauce and he didnt even give me my receipt. This location used to be our go to for fast, friendly service. I don' t know what's happened recently. My biggest complaint is that the menu prices did not match what I was charged. When I brought it up to the cashier, she said there wasn't anything she could do, and refused to get a manager, or maybe they didn't have one. There were only five people working there that I could see. I wasn't the only one. All the other people waiting for food took out their receipts, and every one of them was overcharged as well. They should either refund the difference, or change their menu prices. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. That is sad because I love Taco Bell and I gave this one a chance more than once and I am always let down. By far the worst Taco Bell ever! Once I showed up to and drive up was so busy I decided to go on.(I already knew drive up took way longer than normal) So, I went inside to order. I was told my order would be a 45 min wait. Wtf! Isn't Taco Bell fast food? Today I went because there was only 3 cars on the line for drive up. The drive up had cones blocking from ordering and a note on the the door they they would be closed for a bit. Wtf?!? Finally, my food is always cold from this location. Went here late at night on Cinco de Drinko...drive-thru staff was polite, apologized for the lights being all out on the 2nd of 5 panels on the drive-up menu, and delivered my food promptly and accurately, and it was delicious. Sometimes a review doesn't have to be a novel; and yeah, I do think it's possible (if rare) for a fast food drive-thru experience to be scored 5 stars. No complaints here. Good job peeps. read more

This was my first visit to this location. It was located on S Tower Rd/E Hampden Ave in Aurora. We came in for the Rockies Baseball Special. The guy at the cash register rang us up and proceeded to just stand there as there were quite a few tables that needed to be wiped down. We also ordered the Happy Hour 16 ounce Piña Colada Freeze and Mt Dew Baja Blast Freeze for $1. They were very airy and we could not really drink them until they started to melt. The Piña Colada Freeze had an artificial coconut flavor and I would not order it again. The Mt Dew Baja Blast Freeze flavor was okay, but not the consistency. I had to add some regular Mt Dew to it to give it some liquid. read more

I just waited 56 minutes to get my order that I placed inside the building. I watched 24 cars go through the drive thru and get their food without any issues. We asked about our food and they ignored us. Some other customer started demanding to be acknowledged and the employee yelled at him, stating that they are the only Taco Bell open. When he said drive thru orders are getting food, he ignored him again. I counted 6 delivery order drivers come in and their food was not made. The employee said they made the food and if it's not there someone else took it. I guess anyone can walk in and steal other peoples food at this location. I eventually went through the drive thru and asked them to just make my food I ordered an hour ago. That's how I got more order. I've usually never write reviews because I am a Chef and hate putting hating on peoples work. However, every single time I go to this Taco Bell, they get my order wrong or don't know how to take it. My family suffers from a wide range of autoimmune diseases and because of that we have a lot of sensitivities to food or are allergic to a lot of things. I order Spicy Potato Tacos and change the shell to a hard shell because I can't eat gluten. One problem is that they never know how to substitute it for a hard shell and end up charging me extra while some people don't charge me extra at all. And whenever I tell them that they usually don't charge me extra for the hard shell they always give me an attitude. Then I don't get any cheese on the tacos because I cant have any dairy. Im not lactose, I'm legitimately allergic. They always put cheese even though I order it without cheese. The last problem is the sauce, hence the "spicy" part of the name. As you see in this picture there is literally one drop of sauce. Trust me if I could eat something else there I would, but because of many accommodations I have to make these are the simplest things I can get. They always either forget the sauce and when they do and I tell them they give me and attitude. Like the name is "spicy potato" it's in the name first of all and second of all I didn't say no sauce. read more
