This is literally the BEST Taco Bell I've ever been to. Ive travelled across the country to well over 30 states and I've never had a better experience. The people are friendly and the items are FULL. My last Taco Bell in Lancaster, CA was a grande supreme disappointment. This place is 5-layers of excellent. Nakira and Josh are so friendly. Everyone there is friendly. Ive done the survey every time I've been there because they truly deserve the recognition. Not sure why the past reviews are so bad but I've yet to have anything to complain about. If you see the slightly chubby guy in a green Toyota Tacoma say hi!! Ill be visiting yall a lot more. read more

Umm, "yikes" is about the best word I can come up with to summarize this Taco Bell location. This location is probably the dirtiest restaurant location I've honestly ever seen. Where do I start? Food from the last couple of days scattered about on the floor, shoes sticking to the floor, empty napkin dispensers, full trash cans, the urinal hanging on by dear life in the men's room that smells like sewage along with an open soap dispenser with an empty bag hanging out of it. Seriously? Honestly, how is this place still even allowed to be open? It must not have been reported to the County Health Department yet, because they'd shut this place down in a heartbeat. As far as the food goes, it's not much better, sadly. The cashier was nice but the food was just slightly warmer than room temperature, assembled without a care in the world, and the order for two took about 10 minutes to prepare. If I could give this location a 0 stars I would. I'm from the city and my Taco Bell gets super busy but still manages to be faster, better, and more efficient than this one. Their hours are all over the place. I've been out here for a week and they haven't been open late one time. Not to mention the card machine seems to be down every time we have gone. It's just over 10 minutes before dining room closing and an employee literally races us to the doors so as we're walking into the establishment through the first double doors we were met at the second set with "We're locking up" and a door closed in our face. Went through drive thru 7/29/18 @ 1130am. Paid over $18. Got home & realized missing food. No cinnamon twists or the Baja blast drink. No receipt given. The food was improperly wrapped. Very sloppy, soft taco shells wrapped in the paper, like part of the taco. Grease soaked thru the wrappers and dissolved the wrapper paper. The grease also soaked thru the bag and onto the car seat fabric. I called the store and asked for a manager. I was told the manager was too busy. I said, "I will wait. This is important." I waited approximately 5 minutes. Same guy came to the phone and said the managers are "too busy" to take the call. I asked what their names were and was told TODD & JANE were the managers present. It is the managers job to 1) observe their employee's performance and ensure the customer is given quality service. 2) handle customer complaints in a professional manner & to resolve any issues that arise. I'm sure they knew the call was a dissatisfied customer because they must also see the poor quality & improper handling of the food by their employees. read more

Ight I've put up with enough I've been really patient but y'all need to get your shit together. It's actually extremely rare that my order isn't messed up in some way or another. I can always count on my potatoes being hard and my rice being undercooked. Literally always. Just now I wasn't given a fork which is no big deal but then I was given something that was not what I ordered. Went in and asked them to make it for me, they were fast and nice but now that I got what I actually ordered it's subpar. I've ordered this same thing many other times and something is missing now, not sure what exactly. I could give a hundred examples of how they've messed up my food previous times but that's just petty. I understand the employees are just human & make mistakes but this location has been consistently disappointing me for literally years. Coming from someone who has worked in the food/fast food industry multiple times, you guys need to step your game up and start caring about the quality of food you put out.
