Always love taco bell but this location needs more employees cause the service is really slow

Ridiculous slow and they screwed up a very simple order. Went to the counter to tell them my order for the soft shells which is number 2 on the menu should be supreme tacos. They were not supreme and they only gave me two tacos. A lady from the back who had no idea what the conversation was jumped In and decided to tell me that I was wrong. Could not believe it was even happening! Absolutely horrendous experience and could live next door and would never enter that shit hole again! Needs a manager bad! read more

This is the worst customer service and restaurant I've ever seen from Taco Bell!!!!!!!!

It's always something with this Taco Bell! I've went their two times in a row now and they were out of "Doritos locos tacos"..... yep, you heard that right. Most times the freeze machine is down, and most recently with the sour skittles and blue raspberry freezes, they were out of sour. Now, the sour is essentially just a bottle. How do you not prepare for this? Also, it's other little simple things like forgetting chips when you order chips and cheese. The inconvenience of having to get back in line again for chips, because you can't just park and run inside in your pajamas!? Not particular to this Taco Bell location, but in general: I will never understand why they discontinued the cherry limeade spritzer or the verde sauce?!?!? But atlas, this small town has very limited fast food restaurants so I will continue to deal with the inconvenience whenever my little heart fancies a happy hour freeze or a cheesy fiesta potato; and even a Doritos locos tacos when they have it! read more

I truly wish I had looked at reviews before stopping but it just sounded so good. I stopped in here on my way to Orlando. First of all, you are not allowed to have personal contact and order at the counter, you must order from a kiosk. There were several people standing there not sure what to do, and being completely ignored by the staff. No one said hey guys, go ahead and order from the kiosk. It was as if we weren't even standing there. So I proceeded to order from the kiosk. When my order was ready, the young man was calling my name incorrectly, so I didn't hear it at first, and when I walked up there, he literally just threw my bag at me. The other young man behind the counter was exceptionally nice and helpful. There were a lot of people in and around the ordering and drink area. Twice I tripped over a rug that was down in front of the drink machine and I observed two other people also trip on the rug. I let an employee know, and then sat down to eat. Nothing was done. I then addressed the manager to let her know because it is a hazard, especially for older people. when it's crowded, it's more so because people can't see the rug sticking up. Before I left the restaurant, I proceeded to use the restroom and when I walked back out, still nothing had been done about the rug. Now this is just irresponsibility and complete lack of caring whether someone got hurt or not. There was absolutely nothing positive about this visit from a customer service standpoint. When a manager is so completely neglectful and irresponsible to not look out for their customer's safety, she should not be a manager. read more

The manager was extremely rude and refused to fix an order they messed up. We ordered a party pack the messed up every taco I called immediately was told no problem just bring in the receipt and mention JAY the lady on the phone and they would make it right I warned her I would have to do it the next day due to work she said no problem we just drove through and the manager REFUSED to do anything to correct it because we didn't bring the messed up food back ... over 24 hrs later and I wasn't told they needed it. I will NOT be returning! Go to tacobell in lakewood ranch FAR better service and respect. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Horrible service! We order at the drive though and the lady never said how much and was rude over the in intercom yelled is that it!, just drive threw, we got up to the window my husband had to ask her how much and she told us and we paid, then she messed up both our drinks and when I told her she slammed the window closed and threw our drinks away and started slamming things around, the we waited about 20 mins for our order and she finally gave it to us she didnt say anything and we pulled away and realized the really hipped us, left out 2 loaded nacho tacos and 3 regular ones and a thing of the cinnamon things.. this was our first time going there and our LAST! Don't go here! The service and food sucks. We were just making a quick travel pit stop, and received less then par service. Nobody's friendly and when I was waiting to order, they were all on FaceTime with someone. I didn't want to use the kiosk because I was paying cash. Continued to be ignored so I used the kiosk anyways. Specifically put no lettuce and my taco still had lettuce. My burrito was more like cheese and bean soup. Arcadia Taco Bell needs to pay more attention to orders. I ordered doordash today. I ordered 3 burrito boxes, 3 mountain dews, and a 5 layer burrito. With dasher tip it was $40.68. I received my order still sealed by the restaurant as it is supposed to be. The problem is I received 2 chicken power bowls and 3 mountain dew baha blasts. NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID $40.68 FOR. Now, Taco Bell won't answer the damn phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM ARCADIA TACO BELL. read more
