Filthy. Stopped on our way through to CA. Bathroom looked nasty and felt grimy. There was a sludge line on the base of the toilet and the baseboards. Wish I had something nice to say about this Taco Bell, since everyone else is giving the same reviews and ratings, but I don't. So many times we have ordered through Door Dash and it takes over an hour for our food to come. Yesterday it was still an hour wait and I had hair in my food. That was the last straw of this Taco Bell. We will be ordering from someone else, because as others have said there's no urgency to get food out in a timely manner. This is "fast food" right? This is my second time at this taco bell and again I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience . Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Service was TERRIBLE. Awful service, employee came off of break and asked me if i needed help, as I had been standing at the counter waiting to pay with cash for 10 minutes, when I told her I needed to pay with cash she told me she would get someone to help me, went to the back and talked to some people, however nobody came to help until one of my friends had to raise his voice to say excuse me. Another customer had asked if they had any baja blast and said it was strange they didn't have any even in the back, the employee with a tear drop tattoo then seemed exasperated and sighed. Our orders came without forks, incorrect orders, and missing items. Drink station was trashed and even while busy many employees were standing talking in the back work area, and the order took far longer than it does at any other location, even if said other location is much more busy. read more
