After reaching back out, he took the time to fix the piece properly, and the final product came out beautiful. The craftsmanship and attention to detail on the finished item are exactly what I was hoping for. I appreciate Tim standing behind his work and making sure I was taken care of. That kind of accountability goes a long way. I'd recommend him based on how he handled things and the quality of the final result.

Without asking, they cleaned up the shoes and repaired worn and dinged spots for almost half the price I was quoted in Mt. Pleasant (to be fair, they wanted to put on a leather sole for $120, which I did not want). It was well worth the 20-minute drive. I highly recommend this company.

I went in here about a month ago and spent almost $200. A few weeks later, I lost my favorite…read morebracelet and went back to see if they had one similar. They didn't, but I still spent $67. The owner obviously grew suspicious of how long I was in there looking around and started giving me strange looks like she thought I was going to steal something. I asked if she knew the girl who made the earrings and she answered me like I was slow. When I got to the counter, she was looking at everything I put up there and looking at me like I was doing something wrong. It was very disrespectful and I will never be back. The merch is mid and overpriced anyway. Save yourself from judgment and go to Spiritual Jarred instead. He appreciates your business and actually has a hippie soul.

DO NOT BRING YOUR SHOES HERE!!! Brought some new shoes to have shined for my Son and was shocked…read morewhen the guy told me it would be $50 for a simple shoeshine. Should have turned around and left, but decided to leave one pair anyways. Picked them up today and he told me he stayed up late working on them. I looked at them and couldn't see anything had been done to them, nor could I smell any polish on them. I didn't have time to complain since my Son needs them for tomorrow, so I didn't say anything and figured I would trust that he actually shined them. When I got home and compared the other new pair to the ones he supposedly shined, there was no discernable difference. I called and he said he used Kiwi polish and spent about 2 hours on these. I am retired Military and have shined many shoes in my career, and you can always smell the polish right after a shine. I try helping out the small local shops whenever I can, but this time I got burned. Won't happen again, and hopefully somebody reads this and doesn't make the same mistake I did.

I/ we had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. I brought my bosses vehicle in…read moreafter being told the inspection would cost $250, to determine what needed to be repaired, if the parts were available, and how much said repairs would be. Without ANY authorization or clear communication, I was later presented with a bill for $2,850!!! When questioned about the charges and asked for an explanation, the owner became unprofessional and confrontational instead of addressing my concerns. We were told it was a $80 part & $350 weld fee and the rest was labor! Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, he insisted that the full amount be paid and made comments that I perceived as threatening, which made the situation even more stressful. By law, customers deserve clear estimates, transparent communication, and authorization BEFORE significant work or charges are incurred. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would STRONGLY encourage anyone considering this business to get every estimate and authorization in writing before leaving their vehicle. Based on our experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this business.
