Owner said he could clean and redye a designer purse. Didn't come out as expected and he said couldn't get it totally cleaned so the dye was mottled. Then said he could redye it black and that came out not only mottled but the black came off in my hand. I said the black is coming off in my hand and he said "yeah." Not only am I out a designer purse but money. He refused to reimburse me for ruining my purse. It's unusable. Beware. read more
