Provided everything they asked for (email, contact information, address, place of purchase origin, etc), and each time the representative I connected with said they would ship a replacement. They even asked what size I need, the model, and color. A company who can't hold up to their guarantee, especially a proud "NO BS" company is a company that's destined to fail. read more

I've purchased silicone rings before and been very underwhelmed with the quality and appearance. My Groove Life walnut silicone ring looks amazing. I've seen some reviews that say the walnut appearance begins to wear off overtime. I've only had mine for a short while so I don't know how that will go. I've seen the other reviews that say at last for a long time so I'm hoping that experience ! It was a pretty decent price. Once I got the code in, paid and a confirmation email - the default size was ordered vs the size I picked. I had to pay shipping and tax on shipping, seriously - who pays tax on shipping - talk about a money grab. I purchased a Groove wallet on July 4, 2025. On November 28, 2025, the mechanism that secures the credit cards within the wallet broke and my credit cards no longer stay inside the wallet when I activate the slide on the wallet. I used the automated repair request link on their website on November 29, 2025 and I received a message indicating that they were not accepting any warranty repair requests until January 6, 2026. I used the live agent chat on their website on December 3, 2025 to again request a warranty repair and I was told that there were no exceptions and that they were not accepting any warranty repair requests until January 6, 2026. Even if they were to being addressing my warranty request as so as I submitted it on January 6, 2026, it would be AT LEAST A MONTH AND A HALF (probably closer to two months) before I would be able to use my wallet again. This is an unacceptable delay in honoring their warranty (which they advertise as "warranty experience as seamless and stress-free as possible" on their website). I want everyone to be aware of what kind of customer service they can expect from this company after they've purchased a product. read more

I gave a one star because it won't let you do no stars. This company used to be great. My first ring lasted 6 years now their rings don't even last 6 months. When I bought from this company their was a free 94 year warranty no questions asked, now they make a cheaper product that requires more warranties. To top that off they charge to renew your warranty on the new product and charge over $6 dollars to ship an item that weighs a few ounces. Most of the time you're luck if your item even shows up. I've had multiple orders that were lost and have had to wait almost a month anytime I order. read more

I like their belts. I own three in different color configurations. I bought the first several years ago off their YouTube ad. The magnetic buckle and stretch material sold me. I have worn it nearly daily ever since, on and off work. Very durable and comfortable. My waist size has reduced since then, thus I've had to re adjust the belt to a smaller size. Only issue I've ever had after years of daily use is it loosens itself back to the previously worn in setting by the end of the day every time. I made a warranty claim for loosening on their site and got approved for a free warranty replacement without issues. Their no "bs" lifetime warranty is legit and they stood behind it with my issue. Besides the loosening, the band material and magnetic buckle have been fail-proof and have held up exceptionally well. I will be a repeat customer. read more

I have a collection of these great rings. They are wonderful if you are out shopping (no snags!), around small children, working in conditions that aren't suitable for your good stuff, plus perfect for all the hand washing we are doing during COVID, and just as a general fashion statement. I tend to like the Aspire line with a little more durable/harder feel vs. the super flexible bands, but have both and I love them all. I have found customer service to be extremely responsive if I ever (rarely) have a problem or request. Shipping is always super fast and it is always packaged nicely. Pro tip: They run sales all the time and you might as well take advantage of them because if you are like me, you can't just have one!! My wife sent a link to a ring she likes on Groove Life's website as an idea for a Christmas gift. Following the link, I found a confusing presentation on pricing. They advertise "3 for $60" and right next to the $60 figure is $39.95 with a slash mark through it. I interpret that as meaning if you buy 3 rings, you pay $60, but it's regularly $39.95. I only wanted to buy ONE ring and I thought there's no WAY they'd charge that much for one plastic ring. After a frustrating trip around their website to discover a way to buy ONE ring as opposed to 3, I placed the order (making my wife happy is important...). A day later they sent an email thanking me for my order. In my response, I said their website was very confusing and I didn't appreciate having to buy three rings when I only wanted one. THEIR response said I HAD bought only one ring. For $39.95, which is its regular retail price. I sent back a screen shot of the confusing pricing presentation on their website - the page from which I ordered. Rachel, the Groove Life representative (Keep Groovin'!) said their "sale" is 3 rings for 60 dollars, but if you only buy one, you pay the regular retail price of $39.95. What sale? It doesn't say there's a sale. It just has one price with a slash through it and one without a slash through it. Isn't it customary to advertise a sale by putting the slash mark through the HIGHER price? At any rate, she offered perfunctory "apologies" for the "frustration and confusion," but I'm stuck with the ring, which - after taxes and shipping is close to $50. Not impressed with this business and won't ever shop there again. Customer service leaves much to be desired. And their products are obscenely overpriced. But most importantly, their website advertising is either deliberately misleading, purposefully confusing, or unknowingly vague.
