I've always been treated with professionalism and friendliness here. Unlike a car repair shop where you might be chastised for knowing nothing about the automotive world, there is no judgment at Batteries Plus for being battery ignorant. With a little witty conversation and expert knowledge, they'll find just about any battery known to the human race, and even install it as well! And believe me, I've brought in some challenging items. Speaking of automotive, they even offer free installation of car batteries bought there, something that's saved me on several occasions! I just brought in a scale today, with the employee immediately identifying the type of battery at a quick glance on my fifth step into the store, even before opening the compartment.
