I figured it was a great time to leave a review. He installed a junction box in my ceiling quickly and at a good price. He also gave me some recommendations on how to control lighting in our living room in the cheapest and most effective way...a way that would not require an electrician. That's downright scrupulous, don't you think? :)

I contacted my building property manager to let them know .. since it's a co-op building with regulations/requirements. I contacted Corey to let him know what my building required of him: a copy of his license and verification that our building was added to his insurance. He said no problem, and he he'd comply. Well that's when it all changed. Call after call, text after text, he'd never get back to me.. after I explained my building manager had these requirements; . So from Jun 4th until Jun 21 (the deadline I gave him) I never another word back from him.

On this job he ran a sub-panel to an upstairs apartment, wired up a brand new kitchen and bathroom, and ran new hookups for the washer and dryer. The next apartment renovation will be kicking off in a few months and Paps Electric (and his professional team) will be my first call.
