Later, they called to say they gave me the wrong price and were increasing it by 25%. Also included in the confirmation was a hidden fee for late night flights which was not disclosed despite my flight scheduled for near the time cut off. This would be an additional 25-30%. They refused to honor the quoted price and did not care about retaining me as a customer. I suggest using a more reputable company.

The male who answered for dispatch did not know what Pop Shelf was, so I said what it was near and he said, "Oh ok, it will be about twenty minutes," and he ended the call. Thirty minutes later, I called back because the cab had not arrived. He then was saying how he doesn't know where the cabs are. How do you not know where the cabs are? I told him I had wanted to buy perishable food and didn't want it to go bad if I had to wait a long time, and he would not give me any time frame. So, another twenty minutes went by, and I called back and a female answered. She said to me, "We don't know how long it will take it all depends on how long it takes our drivers to drop off, and you didn't give an address to where you are going." I told her I was not asked for one, so I assumed they knew based on prior usage of their service, and I had said I was going to my residence. I figured that was why I was not asked. She then continued to mock me about how I didn't tell them where I was going (it is a 10 minute drive in heavy traffic), and I wanted to tell her where to go. She then had the nerve to say to me, "Well, you're upset so I don't want our drivers picking you up anyway." I said to her, "I am not threatening anybody and I have a right to be upset when I was lied to about how long the cab would take and I have been standing here for a long time, and you are just trying to get a reaction you can use to deny service." She continued to make excuses and try to blame me as if I had no right to say anything, and I replied to her that she is gaslighting me and that I would be complaining about my experience. Then, I ended up walking home because of these incompetent individuals, after I was already worn out and having joint pain from being out shopping all day. When I say I will never use this cab service again, mark my words. I don't care if I end up in the hospital and I have to wait until the next day to catch the local bus. I will not give this cab company another cent. Their attitude is, "If you are a loser without a car, then you just have to put up with whatever, and you have no right to say anything to anybody."
