Every time I've ever taxied up onto the ramp there is always someone to marshal me in and ask if there is any way they can assist me. They have a great pilot lounge and plenty of conveniences to accommodate you. As a professional pilot we spend most of our lives in FBO's like these waiting on passengers and researching our next flight from the ground, so whenever we are treated well and comfortable while waiting it is an added bonus. Keep up the good work and thank you sincerely for making my life a little more comfortable and not adding to the hassles of air travel.

He is calm, clear and presents information in a way I could easily understand. I completed flight trainng with a successful checkride after 47 hours. I will continue on with my instrument rating without changing instructors. Hopefully, he will take me all the way to CFI so I can pass on what he has taught me. The past 6 months, more and more, you come to the school to find out they're closed that day or having a ceremony. I finally started calling in advance a few months ago. THREE times in the past 2 months, I cal and they come on. I come and they say they aren't taking clients. I'd rather pay more money for consistency. But if you don't mind the run around and frustration half the time, decent service for a cheap price.
