I found them to be prompt, courteous and very reasonable. The people are very friendly and Dawn herself is quite humorous. It's obvious they take customer care and service to be at the top of their list. They are also very accommodating. From taking me to dinner, and being ready to take me back to my hotel, to agreeing to take me to the airport in Columbia there was never a moments hesitation.
