Hired this company for the night a month in advance for a formal event. Got a call 15 min before my group of 20 was supposed to be picked up saying the party bus wasn't going to make it due to engine issues (?). After pressure, they finally came in a limo instead of the party bus that was not even clean. To top it all off, Harley, the owner, had some serious attitude with me when I asked him for updates when HE was late. Do not use this company. read more

We got this limo for the night of our wedding. Let me tell you what a nightmare! I was charged to $288 for one hour. The pick up was an in Appling Georgia and we were dropped off at the Partridge Inn in Augusta. Note that was only a 30 min ride. We were not offered for more of a ride. The air did not work. We had 11 people in the car and it was very hot as you can imagine. We were told that the drivers name was "CUTLESS" we found out later that was not his name. The owner told me his name was Rodd. The radio didn't work in the back and the only "music" we had was in the very front where the driver was and the people in the back couldn't hear it and he wouldn't turn it to the station we wanted. He kept ignoring us. He wouldn't turn the radio station once a commercial came on which was a loud obnoxious KIA commercial. We asked him about 10 times to turn on a good party song for us and by the time the Ron was over he was aggravated with us. Once he dropped us off at the hotel he spun tires out the parking lot. I contacted Harley the owner of this limo company and he basically said that he has not had any complaints before and it sounded unrealistic. I told him I had another witness that I put on the phone and she told him exactly what I told him.I had to pretty much beg and beg for a refund for this night at the end of the conversation he told me he would refund my money so I thanked him and we got off the phone. After almost a week I texted the owner and asked when the refund was going to hit my account his response was ridiculous. He said ac was working along with the radio. My husband called and thank goodness for the refund. He lied to me saying he was giving the refund and didn't. A very pitiful business. Didn't look at the reviews before booking but don't waste your money. Especially if you complain and they call you a liar. read more

Do not use! Made an agreement a month ago for 5 hours with option to extend. We had to take Uber home because they did not keep their option to extend agreement and our military event went longer than expected. We were told we would receive a discount for paying cash. That was also a lie. We were also told there would be a bottle of Vodka and Crown in the limo. When we asked where that was they said they were keeping it up front. They moved it to the back of the car after we were inside our event. 8 people stranded after paying almost $800 for a 20 minute ride. Do not use this limo service!! read more

I hired them for a "pick up/drop off" - one hour to drive around and pick up my daughter's friends to bring them back to our house for a birthday party. The driver was nice. However, the vehicle was very disappointing (they used the SUV limo). It was very hot inside - I sweated the entire time. It smelled stale and smokey. The leather was cracking. Pieces of the interior were missing/broken off (for example part of a door handle and such). It was very dated. There were TV's inside but we were not able to use them as they only had a VHS player (the driver thought there was a DVD player but when she went to help us use it she said it had been removed). When I contacted Harley, he apologized but was a bit argumentative. He said the driver doesn't know everything about the vehicles and no one ever uses the tv's. I told him his drivers should know how to use all parts of their vehicles and all amenities should be available to their clients. He only said sorry. The amount he charged for the service was not justified for the vehicle used and length of time (also considering we didn't use any other amenities such as drinks). read more
