I found them to be prompt, courteous and very reasonable. The people are very friendly and Dawn herself is quite humorous. It's obvious they take customer care and service to be at the top of their list. They are also very accommodating. From taking me to dinner, and being ready to take me back to my hotel, to agreeing to take me to the airport in Columbia there was never a moments hesitation. As is often the case with house hunting, plans change. Often in the middle of the trip. Again, never a complaint or hesitation. They calculate the fare be gps distance instead of a meter. This means you don't pay for sitting at a stop light or slow traffic. All in all, if you are in the Aiken area and need a ride, who ya gonna call? Dawn's taxi.

Uber and Lyft do not serve the area where I live, but Augusta Cab of Georgia does! I was able to quickly pre-arrange my ride with them online, and Joseph verified everything the night before my scheduled trip. The morning of my scheduled trip, Joseph arrived promptly, in a sparkling clean, comfortable vehicle. I am normally kind of shy around strangers, but he was very kind and funny and professional. He drove extremely safely, and got me to the car lot in plenty of time to complete the purchase of my new car, even going so far as to tell me which route I needed to take on my return trip home. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have access to such a dependable service, when you just moved across country to a completely unfamiliar area. THANK YOU, Joseph. I'm sorry I didn't post this sooner. You deserve MORE than five stars. I would give my highest recommendation to Augusta Cab of Georgia.

I must say it was an amazing and comfortable ride. We had enough legroom, snacks and cool drinks. Her black Denali was nothing short of luxury. It had a built in cooler and every time I stepped out of the vehicle, there was an extended step for me that extended itself. Her vehicle is also great for business because it also offered wifi and hotspot. This was very helpful to me since, I lost reception. We would for sure use her service again. The booking process went with ease as well. Great job!

Original I was told my deposit was 150 and my remainder balance was like 900 something dollars. [cant remember exactly] cool not a problem. The first conversation Mike told me he wanted my money a whole week before it was due. He only made this request of me. I was well prepared to make payment then, but after his rudeness ... I couldn't. I call back a few weeks later. Made a payment of 800 dollars. No problem there. Then in a week I go to make the final payment. Because of the plane seating arrangement and ppl being swapped out Mike only tells because I'm making my last payment that it is 300 more than what I expected to pay. This was a huge problem. I feel the moment he found it out he should have called not waited until I was making my final payment. Anyway the payment was made. I was pissed. But the vacation itself was nice. No complaints.
