At 4am cab arrives (half hour past my reservation TO THE AIRPORT). Note: if you are accustomed to your Uber's standard of cleanliness, be prepared to adjust your standard downward significantly. That said, it was your typical taxi standard of cleanliness and I was just thankful it didn't smell like a homeless shelter. Trip was quick. Driver was surprised that I didn't have $161 in cash and was not prepared to take my credit card. This is despite the fact that the website very clearly states that major credit cards accepted. Nevertheless the driver took the time to locate his square swiper, and when he couldn't find it, he figured out how to do it manually. All being said, I'm giving the extra star because the driver was very friendly and polite. My advice if you are reserving a cab, anticipate they may be half an hour late.

The morning of my scheduled trip, Joseph arrived promptly, in a sparkling clean, comfortable vehicle. I am normally kind of shy around strangers, but he was very kind and funny and professional. He drove extremely safely, and got me to the car lot in plenty of time to complete the purchase of my new car, even going so far as to tell me which route I needed to take on my return trip home.
