Original I was told my deposit was 150 and my remainder balance was like 900 something dollars. [cant remember exactly] cool not a problem. The first conversation Mike told me he wanted my money a whole week before it was due. He only made this request of me. I was well prepared to make payment then, but after his rudeness ... I couldn't. I call back a few weeks later. Made a payment of 800 dollars. No problem there. Then in a week I go to make the final payment. Because of the plane seating arrangement and ppl being swapped out Mike only tells because I'm making my last payment that it is 300 more than what I expected to pay. This was a huge problem. I feel the moment he found it out he should have called not waited until I was making my final payment. Anyway the payment was made. I was pissed. But the vacation itself was nice. No complaints. But just dealing with travel agency was hell. Never again!!!

Why would I be at Daniel Field? Learning to fly? No. Taking a trip in someone else's plane? No…read more Celebrating a two year old's birthday with cake, presents, and a room full of kids? Yep. Having never been to the Field, for flight or special events (i.e. Charity Fundraisers) I thought the main building was just a hanger and check-in. To my surprise I found a spacious and up-to-date room (on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator) that would be great for parties, meetings, and workshops. To top it off, there is an outdoor patio space that faces the field so you can watch planes land and take off. Restrooms are right around the corner so you don't have to go far for that. Apparently you can also rent a plane and pilot (by the hour) to give flights. It held 3 adults/4 children and did 7 minute flights. I don't know the price of all this, but I will be looking into it. Such a great hidden gem on Wrightsboro Road.
