I experienced deceptive practices regarding pricing. I called and was quoted a price for which I received a written confirmation. Later, they called to say they gave me the wrong price and were increasing it by 25%. Also included in the confirmation was a hidden fee for late night flights which was not disclosed despite my flight scheduled for near the time cut off. This would be an additional 25-30%. They refused to honor the quoted price and did not care about retaining me as a customer. I suggest using a more reputable company. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Jeff and Laura C.

Jeff and Laura are the proud owners of SC Express. While owning and operating CLT Express in Charlotte over 15 years,as well as SC Coach formerly known as Busy Bee in 2015. They purchased Aiken Limo, which is now SC Express back in 2010. In 2011 the business relocated to the North side of Aiken, conveniently right off I-20 Ext 22. Jeff and Laura strive excellence in a personal yet professional relationship with every customer.

When I contacted the driver to let him know we were ready he came into the restaurant and told me the sprinter was dead. I asked him what the plan was and he said he had none and had no jumper cables. We were 45 minutes from home and he had no plan. My friends convinced the manager of the restaurant to get her car and jumper cables. We stood in the rain while other clueless driver looked for the battery. My friend located the battery and hooked it up to be jumped. No apologies from the driver. When I reached out to the company the next day to let them know that happened they replied with a full priced invoice. Bad business. If you don't want to be stranded do not use this company.

Moses was also great showing up well ahead of time so we didn't have to be stressed for getting to the wedding on time. Awesome Services!!! I really just want to thank you for the great service that was provided to my daughter and her friends on this past Saturday. They really had a great time and their escort/ driver John was exceptional!!!! My husband and I was able to meet with him prior to party group departure and I was really impress. He was very professional and did his homework of where he was taking the group and was able to share with my husband and I what he learned. He guaranteed, that my daughter and her friends were in safe hands and he did just that. Please extend to John my upmost appreciation of his services. My husband and I took a trip with about 26 of our friends and family to Georgia. We rented a mini bus for the trip. The customer service was amazing, the driver Lauren had music and goodies for our crew, that was awesome (for the children) she was very nice and joyous. The mini bus was very clean and spacious.
