Whew!!! What can I say about this amazing company and its dynamic staff?! First of all, I've heard of many people claiming to be travel agents, using travel as a side business/gig, when asked a question, they look like a deer in headlights! I can assure you, what Green Book Vacations are, is, and what they'll always be are true to the business, make it their mission to ensure you and everyone around you have EVERYTHING you need, could ask for, and then some. From the word GO, they were responsive, consistent, interactive, and honest. Not one thing I requested didn't receive their touch. I appreciated how the company prioritized using the local community to provide support and services; they too, were consummate professionals and clearly "understood the assignment." They took very good care of us without hesitation. Although this was a group trip, I will not hesitate to use this company for my personal travel, as I truly give them credit for an amazing time! I planned a 50th birthday celebration in Antigua for my daughter and dealing with the agent was frustrating. Even though you made a specific request, rather than answer questions posed, the agent would unilaterally make decisions instead of providing the requested info. This is a group of 24 people and EVERYONE had the same complaint regarding responsiveness. I would NOT recommend this company. read more

My family and myself used AAA for their Travel Service. We priced other cruise lines through other…read morewebsites and found out that AAA came out to be the best deal. We booked our cruise with them with no problem at all they were very helpful and very knowledgeable with the cruise line and with any of the questions we had. We also noticed online from Expedia that the cruise came down in price we contacted AAA and they called up the cruise line and was able to adjust our price to the lower price with no problem. Also since we were AAA Plus members we were entitled to the photo at no extra charge for us to add on to our passports for the four of us which was a bit of a extra savings and a surprise in good way. They also printed out all the paperwork for us to bring to the passport agency. I also noticed that AAA offers gift cards to restaurants and other places in their office at a 3% off discount which could be helpful if anybody is looking for a gift or even themselves to save a little bit of cash. I would definitely recommend AAA travel if anyone is looking to go away and have fun or just to relax.
