They somehow remembered me after a couple years and asked about my kids right away! So thoughtful and they always come through on my reservations. Even tonight, I thought they didn't have any cars available since I couldn't book through my corporate portal, but as soon as I landed in CAE at midnight, I went to the counter and saw Pam. Asked her if by chance there were any avail for me to rent for the night and she got me booked and on my way in one of my top cars of choice in no time!! Love them all, but Pam especially made my day tonight :-)

I have to say they kept me and my daughter updated every step of the way, even when they found additional damage. The car was done in a week and 1/2 ( we did wait 4 months for appt) and they were the most professional group ever! Being 700 miles away and having a daughter under 25 (rental purposes) they were just amazing. I hope this never happens to anyones car, but if it does Reeley's is the way to go! They ordered most parts ahead of time and had everything ready (except extra damage) and were just amazing. The car came back detailed and they were fantastic. Being an out of state parent with an under 25 child is tough so I want my ticket punched for Reeley's!!! Thanks for everything!!!!

This morning a little before 7am, I hit something in the road and immediately I lost my driver side front tire and was stranded hour and a half from home. I immediately called my insurance company as I have road side assistance. The first tow company canceled the pick up saying they could not find me after over an hour and a half waiting and they didn't even call me so I could help them locate me. Luckily, Priority Towing picked up my ticket and had help to me within 20mins. Mr. David and the owners calmed me down and came to help me. I asked him since I'm paying by debit card how do I pay. He said the office handles that. I get home and am waiting for him to show up. About 35 minutes goes by and I get a text saying that if I don't pay they will take my car back to their shop. I tried calling them and no answer. I replied to the text and finally get ahold of them. They say they have been trying to call me for payment, mind u, I have proof of no missed calls from this company. They tell me that they took my vehicle back to their lot since they couldn't get ahold of me, which again I only received one text and when the text was received I immediately replied and tried to call them. They tell me since they took the car back it would be $200 instead of the $125. This is absolutely unprofessional because I did not receive any phone call from the office. I would never use this company or recommend this company to anyone.
