    I was able to book a car online at that location for 12pm, but when I arrived to get the car at…read morenoon, they were closed. A representative opened the door to tell me this and I let him know I had a reservation. He connected me with the branch manager, Shannon Jessop, who told me I needed to show up on time to things and then I wouldn't lose out (It was 12:04pm at this time) and there was nothing they were going to do. She told me they didn't have any cars anyway even if I did show up on time. I was there at noon as indicated on my reservation and having booked with enterprise previously, I have been informed by the staff to come right at the booking time, so I was operating under previous instruction. I was then kicked out of the store without resolution, and so I called Enterprise customer service and received the same attitude, lack of resolution and lack of acknowledgement that this was an error on the booking portal end and not my own. I asked the phone representative to speak to her manager and she got very aggressive and transferred me to an Uber phone number that automatically hung up on me. This is an unnecessary negligent service experience and I am very disappointed in Enterprise's institutional ethos. I have reported the branch to the better business bureau, filed a corporate complaint, and am now posting on social media.

We did encounter a few billing issues and, due to our early return, weren't able to speak with anyone at the counter before leaving. However, once we reached out to Hertz, the responsiveness and professionalism we received were excellent. Manager Leigh Mitchell personally followed up with an email, apologized, and ensured the issue was corrected. We truly appreciated her attention to detail, the follow-through, and the commitment to customer service. I am especially grateful to Leigh Mitchell for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.

I end up getting Hyundai Tuscon. Then when I returned, they told me I had to get the miles for them. Before I could say something another employee stepped in and took the keys. I after landing in another city. I see they scanned my vehicle 3 hours after the return time and charged me another day. I called the office sharing I had proof I was there before the time. They said respond to the email with the proof. And to my surprise they added another day. Charging me 3 days for a 1 day rental. I have escalated this issue to BBB, also pursing other avenues.
