When I politely mentioned that they seemed very busy and I didn't want to burden them with giving a quote, the response I received was shockingly unprofessional. They accused me of "wasting their time" and told me to "waste someone else's time" and "good luck." No potential client should ever be spoken to that way. Professional businesses understand how to communicate respectfully, even if they choose not to take on new work. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend contacting this company for any project.
