The crew started out with a bang and did a great job until the machine broke down. My payment was made as per the agreement and I spoke to Brad (owner) just before his team left and he insisted that he would come back and finish the job, however, after the last few attempts to call him I get a "the number you are calling has changed or is no longer in service" message. I have also tried to contact Bill who was supervisor on location and his number just happened to have the same message. If this is just coincidental and there's an explanation for not responding, I will recant these statements, but if not, I will do what ever I can to keep you from continuing to steal from anymore of your potential customers. read more

After much consideration and price-shopping we decided to hire them because of their quick response to our multiple inquiries, clear pricing and friendliness. What an excellent job these guys did. We have 10 acres near Kemp, TX. Called them and scheduled a date for clearing. They even called back and wanted to move it up because they had an opening due to unexpected rainfall at a different job site. The guys were very professional and were on time and did exactly what was asked. We didn't have a lot of trees to clear, but had small mesquites and very tall grass that needed mulched. They took every available minute and went over and over the land numerous times to mulch the trees and grass. Without a doubt this was a very worthwhile expense. I contacted them for service on our rural property and were surprised to find out that they were booked so far in advance. Not what I wanted, but on the other hand it led me to believe they must be very popular. I booked online with them, simple process including a deposit, and secured a date on their calendar. The day before the job they called me to confirm. Day of the job the operator arrived early. They did a FANTASTIC job, and I feel like I got much more for the money than I had planned! While staying in the Gilmer area building a country cabin we found Clear Your Land for our small trees and underbrush. Shopped around but they came up with the best price an scheduled us one week in advance. On day one they were prompt and courteous, reviewed our plans with us and gave us some professional advice. Found them online for our 46 acre hunting lane and housepad project. They have an organized reservation process with deposit. Their calendar was full but they still got to me quickly. The machine operator seemed very experienced and met with me for 30 minutes to understand the job before starting. I spent $3,000 for two long days of work, and they moved faster that I have ever seen for heavy equipment! I will definitely be calling them back and they are highly recommended. read more

Found these guys online and after several conversations decided to book them for May 2019. They had a wait, I think they are popular, but got to me two weeks later. We needed underbrush and some larger trees cleared for a 10 acre plot with future plans to build. They arrived early on the first day, were really nice, and discussed tho whole job with us. Contracted to clear out a building site and grazing areas for our Austin, TX home. They scheduled us over the phone, which included taking a deposit and sending us an agreement. Was nervous about deposit but it worked out just fine. Agreement really was more a list of their promises to us, and they completed all of them! Purchased property in Livingston, Texas and hired these guys for selective underbrushing. Reasonable rates, cleared 5 acres in two days, paid by credit card. Very professional workers and the process to book and get the job completed was painless. They use Bobcat and Fecon equipment, and I would say they run it faster and better than anyone I have seen. Poor service. They left the dumpsters way too heavy and they filled them way over the top. The dumpsters could not be moved once the dumpster company came to pick them up. I called the owner and he was nonchalant and didn't care. They felt it wasn't their problem because they had already been paid. I would definitely not use this company again. read more

Very proffesional and efficent. They showed on the agreed upon date & time. In an 8 hour day they cleared heavy undergrowth on two acres, cleared undergrowth for drive way, cut a road through 15 acre's and did a second pass on the two acres.
