Rather that pulling trees and debris out by hand and creating a big mess their machine mulched everything up. What they did in an afternoon would have taken us years to do ourselves. I didn't have to worry about a burn pile or what to do with the cut down trees and bush they just mulched it into nothing. It was amazing to watch, anytime I had a question or concern they stopped the machine and took the time to talk to us. Their suggestions on what to clear were very helpful. At the end they suggested a trail through my forest area for me to walk my dogs. I'm so grateful for the experience they had to get that done. He texted be back a few hours later and gave me a quote.. He gave me a VERY FAIR PRICE.. I texted him back giving him some dates (Which was about two weeks out) that I would be available.. He texted back and we decided on a date. A couple of days before the schedule date, I texted him to remind him .. He texted back saying that he would be there. On the day of the removal, he texted me saying that he was on the way to do this project. It did not take him to long to complete this project. I've been scared to death of this dead, tall, pine tree falling on my or any of my wonderful neighbors' homes the last few weeks. He was at my house in less than 20 mins after calling him for an estimate. Gave me honest thoughts, took his time explaining things to me, and quoted me an exponentially cheaper price than what I had received from other "tree guys." Quickly jumped on it and got my tree down today (morning after Christmas) in just enough time before the storm hit. We recently bought 16 acres of pine forest land and asked Kris McGee for help. This was after…read morereaching out to several different land clearing companies for bids. Kris made a very competitive bid that made it clear we knew how much we were going to get for our money. We were getting $2,500 to $3,000 a day, for "one to three acres a day", just did not work for us. He was very patient with us, adjusting his bid as we figured out exactly what we wanted to do. And it was great to go "local" with him. He cleared four acres of dense underbrush, four to ten feet or more tall and up to five-inch thick, working with and around a couple of seasonal creek beds. He also constructed a 50-foot, gravel driveway, which included installing a 20-foot long culvert. We couldn't be there to watch every step of the way and he used excellent judgement making decisions where they had to be made. Excellent work. All in less than three days!
