They also came out to give a quote on my father's roof and we waited 2 months with no further responses from the owner, he later told us he didn't think he would get the job so he didn't bother making out a quote. Not very professional in my opinion.

While we never used this company for any work, their phone skills and office personnel are…read moreextremely lacking in professionalism. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they did not show up. When our realtor, who was meeting them there, called to ask where they were, they got rude and said we never set an appointment up. When she said we did and she made the 30 minute drive just to meet them there, the receptionist/office manager said, "Well, that's not my problem," and hung up on her. I called back and was quickly handed over to James the owner. When he started raising his voice and being rude to me, I had to tell him I was not being rude so there was no reason for him to be rude. He changed his tone then, but was not apologetic and said that we were the ones at fault and there was nothing he could do to help us out. He said I have highly efficient office managers and they didn't get this wrong. Apparently, sir, they did get this wrong as you lost a customer. I could have overlooked their mistake because they are people and we all make mistakes, but their lack of care, concern, and all around politeness instead earned them this review. I have never made a bad review of anything before because honestly I don't like to hurt the business of other people. I allow for mistakes and off days. This was more than a mistake, it was an attitude problem and issue.

First big rains after only being in the…read morehouse a few months and started noticing a few new water stain spots appearing in the kitchen ceiling. Jon came out and did a thorough inspection -- attic and roof. What he found had the potential of some major issues, there was a limit to what could be determined without a little demo to get into it. His quote was very fair all things considered. His crew showed up on time, pinpointed and effected a perfect repair to the actual problems, and the final bill was very reasonable charging only what was actually required to expertly correct our issue. The repair is solid, has withstood last winter (including the recent onslaught of rain this past weekend), and undoubtedly will endure for the remaining lifetime of the roof. Jon and his crew are exceptional in both character and skill. I highly recommend them. Don Willcox

He will hire people who haven't been vetted. More than one trade had no idea what they were doing and Cameron was often surprised to find out that info. He placed an unproven sub on our double bathroom remodel. In the end it turned out the sub didn't know how to do anything well. I spent 56 days in a hotel while the bathrooms were demoed, remodeled, demoed again and redone. We lost a significant amount of money from our dealings with Cameron. A year later we are still resolving issues that Cameron allowed.
