I have to say this is the most unprofessional company I have dealt with in a while. I visited the store 2 weeks ago inquiring about vinyl installation and carpet stretching. I was told immediately there was a $200 minimum on carpet stretching...my biggest problem with that is they installed the carpet originally and my dad complained about it several times without resolution. I asked if someone would be available that day to measure fo vinyl. I was told that they would give me a call as soon as the person returned to schedule, but I never heard from anyone. I called earlier this week to schedule an appointment, as I live in Dallas. First off she had to search for my "paperwork" that had been stuck in a pile of junk on the desk. I scheduled the appointment for Friday at 12:30, to allow me time to drve the 2 1/2 hrs there. When I called to day at 11:30 to confirm the appointment and advise them I would not be there until 12:30 or 12:45, the representative proceeded to tell me" oh, I was gonna call you and cancel the appointment cause the person who measures had finished for the day and was headed out of town.". Well considering I had already driven for an hour from Dallas, I was less than happy. Then the owner, Tony Fry, got on the phone and tried to tell me I misunderstood his rep...BS!
