Why would anyone take crystals from a chandelier? One of them was discounted and NOW we know why. Keith is condescending and rude. We spent over 10k to be treated this way. We paid upfront in full and three of the chandeliers were thrown in a box with zero protection. Trust me I'm doing you a favor. There are so many other respectful place to go for fixtures. I'm going to post where in his own words was a lie.
