Yesterday my husband went to the shop and the promised they would be here today, November 23rd at 8 a.m... it is 8:30 and no show again today. We are now February 23rd and the fence has been completed and of course the owner brought the final invoice wanting a check THAT DAY! My husband simply said we would like to review the invoice please and will get a check to them next day. We have waited for a gate for 6 months! When my husband would ask questions about issues the owner would only push back and take no responsibility. In good conscience I can not recommend this company.

Jon came out and did a thorough inspection -- attic and roof. What he found had the potential of some major issues, there was a limit to what could be determined without a little demo to get into it. His quote was very fair all things considered. His crew showed up on time, pinpointed and effected a perfect repair to the actual problems, and the final bill was very reasonable charging only what was actually required to expertly correct our issue. The repair is solid, has withstood last winter (including the recent onslaught of rain this past weekend), and undoubtedly will endure for the remaining lifetime of the roof.
