I recently had a friend in town from Cali and we'd booked a special boudoir photoshoot session for her visit. We went shopping earlier that day for outfits, and I ended up splurging on a $95 super fancy outfit, solely because I thought the pics would be worth it. Imagine my disappointment when it was time to change and I realized it still had the anti-theft device on it, right in the middle, no workout at all. That already sucked enough, but then, fantasy didn't just refused to refund it, the first person made me come back 30 mins later for a manager, who still said no and then sent to me another location, where they said no as well. I honest can't understand this. why am I the one being punished for their mistake? Really shitty. please don't buy here. You're just a sale, not a customer worth giving a fuck about.

Staff has always been kind and professional, never too sales-y or prying, and they have lots of knowledge about the store and products. In this day and age, it's nice to have a physical storefront to visit to ask questions, touch items to see how they actually feel, and know that what you're buying has been vetted for quality a little bit already.

So here we go again another bad experience at this location tonight! So 4 years ago I was a regular…read morecustomer and had a run in with one of their employees who verbally assaulted me in front of everyone 12 minutes after arriving because I had stepped into a booth and stepped back out for less than one minute without putting cash in despite having already spent $4 in the last booth I was in. She caused a huge scene in the middle of the store and threatened to ban me. I was so mortified over the incident that I contacted the owner and he said he would look into the incident. A few days later he sent me an email saying that after investigating it he felt that his employee handled it "professionally and discreetly" which tells me he did not even pull video because yelling at a customer in the middle of the store as people are walking back-and-forth is not discreet. Anyhow I am stubborn so I just never went back for four years but I've been told by several people that there's new management and the places one of the cleaner stores to go to in the area so I decided to give it another try. The first time I went in two weeks ago there were new staff at the front desk who were much friendlier than the old ones. I spent about 15 minutes in the hallway but wasn't getting any luck so I left. The second time I went in a week later the same two friendly staff were at the front counter and again I spent about 15 minutes in the hallways and had much more luck than the first time. Tonight I went in and saw one of the old staff members that was still working there four years ago. Unlike the other two people he did not greet me or say anything to me as I enter the hallway. I went into one of the boots and put a dollar in. Guys came and went from both sides but I must've not been their type so no action. Once my dollar ran out I stepped back out into the hallway because I could hear guys coming and going. I was doing random things on my phone, looking at emails, pictures from my friend who had just texted me all the stuff he cooked for dinner. Five minutes of standing in the hallway along with other guys that had been in the hallway long before I arrived here comes that same guy from four years ago and loud loudly says in front of everyone " keep your hand away from your crotch! I don't care if you're adjusting or what but I've been watching you for five minutes on the video while you're looking at your phone and touching yourself. It's not a good look!" all I could say was OK. It's a porn store, I was not erect and completely flaccid and I wasn't looking at porn on my phone. I don't understand what the problem is even if I was it it's a fucking porn store! So did this guy just recognize me from four years ago and the posting that I blasted this store for and decided he was gonna show me who's the boss? I'm not sure what this owner thinks and why he doesn't do something about his horrible employees!

I found the inventory to be abundant and of good quality. I picked up 3 vials of scented, flavored lubricant. They've been enhancing my carnal experiences very nicely. The staffer then directed me to, and explained, the audiovisual section of the venue. I found it clean, well-organized, and equipped for whatever one would like to explore. Personally, I enjoy the GH booths AND those with the large windows for voyeurs. It's the best of both worlds. The management of the store does not interfere with activities. This is especially beneficial when one wishes to join with another person in a booth. The parking lot is adequate, and I've yet to have difficulty with leaving my vehicle there for an extended amount of time. As long as one behaves themselves, and keeps feeding the video booths with bills, one can have a delightful time of personal pleasure.

But I was looking for bras and this place was recommended. I'm glad it was! The lady was so helpful in making sure I knew what style would work well for me. I'm a 34B, with most of my tissue on the bottom since i'm still developing. It's always a struggle because either the cups don't sit against me, or it's just fabric that doesn't provide any shape. That was not the case with what i got here! I got a black lace demi bra with some pretty red floral embroidery. It gives me the lift and shape I want while still being the most comfortable bra I've ever worn! Unfortunately she didn't have many in that style, so that was all I bought. But i'm very happy with it and highly recommend this place!! Whether you're more busty or you have itty bitties, they know how to find you something both comfortable and flattering!

I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical when I saw that all the store associates were in the teens (I know it's ageist, but I've had a terrible time shopping in trendy teen stores where no one cares about the customer), but was seriously impressed when they went above and beyond my expectations (and my expectations are high -- I work retail too). Katie was the sales associate helping me out. She gave me a fitting and took me back to the dressing room where she gave me a drawer filled with samples of each bra style in my size so I could see which one I liked the best. The bras are super cute, super soft and come in all different colors with different details and finishes. I was just so happy to find something that fit! Be warned, aerie definitely caters to young women (teens) so the bras all look teeny. Katie measured me a size larger than what I usually go for, but no matter, the fit was perfect! I took advantage of the sale and walked out with 3 bras and a drawer's worth of new underwear. As I was checking out, one of the other sales associates who was helping me (and for the life of me, I can't remember her name) heard me talk about what a long drive I made to check out the store, and she told me that because I lived so far away and probably wouldn't be able to take advantage of their promotion that began the next day, she let me go ahead and take a free pair of panties with me. Talk about AWESOME customer service. If you are looking for some cute new underthings and are looking for helpful, friendly and excellent service, please do yourself a favor and check out aerie at Clackamas Town Center. I plan on trekking out there in the future when I need to update my underwear drawer. They are the best!
