However I must say it's incredibly expensive for the quality of items they sell, I bought a simple vibrator, $100+, a few months ago and the longevity of this product is disappointing. I shopped online, using the staff picks as a guiding light to make my selections, and opting for curbside pickup, which is currently out of the N. Beech (Mississippi) location. I'd never shopped She Bop before, but I found myself needing an upgrade to an old battery-operated buddy, and wanted to support a local biz, so there I was! The choices online are vast and varied, and thoughtfully curated. Before I picked up my goodies, I spoke to two different employees. Each phone call was warm, patient and kind, and when I rang to let them know I'd be arriving a few minutes post-closing time due to traffic, the person on the other end of the line assured me it was all good. My fiancé bought a product here on her bachelorette party evening. When we got it home, 2 hours away, it didn't work. We consulted the companies online page and the instruction to make sure it we weren't doing something wrong. When she called the shop back they didn't believe her that it didn't work and demanded that they have the chance to try to make it work. They made her drive back 2 hours, wait an hour, and then didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience. Turns out the product didn't work and they replaced it, but terrible customer service. My husband and I love this place. The lube selection is amazing, and they have plenty paraben and silicone free options. You can test them in store and the staff is always there to help. Their toys are varied and they even have a BDSM area that is well stocked.
