I have been visiting Bentonville from NY almost once a month for the past ten years and I must say that this restaurant is one of the best I've had ever....ny included! I am a huge fan of fish tacos and try them anywhere I go..these are the best I've had and I recommend them as the dish to try if you are only ordering one item (no need for rice or beans). Don't believe the hype! This place is the most overrated in NWA. The place itself is cool, and huge, and always packed, but the food itself is hit or miss. Since i review food primarily, i can't recommend this place at all. I think 50% of their offerings are decent and the other half not so much. One of my favorite places in Bentonville. The service can be great or it can be the slowest thing ever, depending on the person, the night, and how crowded the restaurant is. Decent food. Great for NWA. Caters to gluten free diets - they even have GF beer! Their guacamole is really fresh and tasty and their chips are different and very good... Pretty nice ambiance - relaxing feel coupled with a touch of contemporary style. We started with dipping duo with nachos. The nachos were spiked with some sort of seasoning giving them a very nice taste. Crispy calamari with artichoke was simply phenomenal! I have never had this kind of calamari before. It had a base of black beans with light sauce and dribbles of cheese on perfectly crispy calamari. 5 stars for the calamari. For mains, I took Mesa pastrami Reuben. It was huge in size. Bread was perfectly toasted but something was lacking. May be the sauce was a bit bland or pastrami lacked some seasoning etc. I have had better. Overall, it was a great experience. read more

I had the Carnitas (I always get carnitas at mexican restaurants, so I was interested to see how these were different.) The pork was moist and so flavorful. Went for a date with my wife. Nice place and mood. Service was slow. Did not see wait staff most of the night. Forgot wife's drink. Her fish tacos had a hair and my napkin did as well. The staff didn't say much and did not return until it was time to pay. Manager asked if we wanted anything else and when we said no she said ok and walked off. July 13 I had a very mediocre yet expensive dinner. Nice atmosphere, snooty waitress (Emily R). The Mediterranean Salad was one of the strangest salads ever, IMO. No olives, avocado halves plopped on top, very large pieces of greenery, and so on. I don't recommend this place at all. The salads at Olive Garden are better. They have outdoor seating but in the evening it's just too hot to eat at tables that don't have umbrellas. read more

We ate brunch here on Saturday. Food was very good. The steak and eggs was exceptional. He burrito was ok, tatted like a bunch of eggs in a tortilla. Needed more avocado and sausage for taste. Was very bland even with salsa. While the restaurant was very nice and had a fancy feel the bathrooms were disgusting. We literally went to the Kum and Go gas station down the street and my wife thought the restrooms were nicer and cleaner. Really need to clean and fix the bathrooms. Was very gross for such a nice restaurant. Made the place feel gross thinking about the cooks using those bathrooms. read more

Our family has made a habit of breakfast at Table Mesa each Sunday prior to leaving Bentonville; it WAS our favorite breakfast spot. They no longer offer Sunday breakfast ordered from a menu-they call their new concept "brunch;" it is better suited to be labeled "ALL YOU CAN EAT!" There is an all you can eat food bar and then the server will bring other items served family style-they are served "luke warm." It's a great place to load up on average food for 18.95 per person-They have sacrificed quality. The potatoes appeared to be left-over baked potatoes. This is not the Table Mesa with which we had become accustomed to visiting-therein lies the reason why business was down-word travels fast. This experience is dated 7/7/19. read more

Everytime I am in B-ville for business, I usually end up here for lunch or dinner. I have tried a lot of the original menu and I believe they changed it recently, but everything I've tried is good. The last dish I tried was the Miso Cedar Plank Salmon with cotija mashed potatoes and asian greens which was great. They have a good drink menu too with margaritas, mojitos, and craft beers. Try the pomegranate margarita with your meal! With the recent addition of the bar, I can see where this could be a regular place to grab a drink and a bite to eat for locals. read more

Super fantastic! Hubby had fish tacos and rice. He said they were excellent. I had the Korean BBQ chicken salad. We ordered some tortilla chips as an appetizer. Get this - the chips are made from homemade tortillas that are cut into triangles, fried in hot oil, then sprinkled with lime juice, salt and pepper. Mmmmm. I had lunch with co-workers on a break from our Walmart HQ meeting. I found the entrance a bit odd with lots of space being under utilized, but once we sat down the service was prompt and the food delicious. I had a Korean taco, Shrimp Taco with rice and beans. Both tacos had the right amount of kick and both tasted exceptionally fresh. I would recommend this restaurant to any corporate type looking for a lunch spot to talk business and then walk across the street to spend a little time at the Walmart visitor center. read more

I'll sum it up for you quickly: WONDERFULand FRESH latin fusion cuisine. They enjoy food here. They play with the flavors and want you to enjoy them too. I was delighted by the presentation and textures of the food. I found their take on chips and salsa to be fun and different. They included a couple of plantain chips and thick corn tortilla chips that were probably fried up from freshly made tortillas right before they served them. The place itself can get loud and busy, but is always entertaining. Dinner here can be interesting and romantic... I was handed a flashlight to read my menu last time I was there. I wandered into Table Mesa after visiting Crystal Bridges. But I am here to rave about Table Mesa's black beans and rice. Yes, they came with crab enchiladas, but they were the stars of the meal, they were the most flavorful black beans ever. And the Mavericks Margarita was perfect. I always get cheese enchiladas the first time I go to a new Mexican place. I love Mexican food and cheese enchiladas lets me know if they make their own sauces, if I like their beans, etc. Table Mesa's cheese enchiladas were sooo good! They had two kinds of fresh sauces, wonderful beans and rice. I was there with two friends and both of them really enjoyed their meals. We all got dessert so I had creme brulee', which was good but not the best I've ever had. After seeing my friend's reaction, I should have gotten the tres leche cake. It was a great big slice and my friend loved it! (Didn't even share!) :) I don't know if it was an oversight or you have to order chips and salsa, but we didn't get any so that might be important to some. I will return and have something else, unless I keep dreaming about those enchiladas. read more
