I was visiting from Virginia & chose Table 28 from the amazing reviews. It was mother's 91st bday. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere is dark and clubby with low chatter from tables out with friends or on dates. Perfect for both. The service was above par and the food & cocktails were incredible! Next time in LR, I look forward to returning. read more

This was a great meal! The ambiance is lovely. The service is perfect. We had a Chicken Piccata that was fabulous. The Quail Gumbo was amazingly delicious, as were the Collard Greens. And the Cheeseburger was excellent too. It was such a great meal. Highly recommended! read more

Welcome to Table 28, where this unassuming restaurant is punching above its weight. Amazing suggestions by Amber, behind the bar.. she makes an amazingly tasty old fashioned. The clam chowder was a magical surprise and a welcomed suggestion.. it's creamy, tasty, not overly thick perfect consistency.... Very very impressed. Table 28... is literally 2+8... a 10 type of vibe. read more

I ordered the crawfish bisque and it was delicious. Followed that up with the Wild Caught Salmon - and it was just fantastic. My mates order the Risotto, and everyone raved about it. read more

I had an absolutely phenomenal dining experience, and it was all thanks to Andy. From the moment we sat down, it was clear he knew the menu inside and out. I'm usually indecisive, but Andy's recommendations were spot on. He suggested the pork chops, which were perfectly candied and juicy, and paired them with the macaroni and cheese and collard greens. It was a masterclass in flavor--the sweetness of the pork against the savory, creamy mac and the tang of the greens was perfection. Even the Caesar salad (that presentation!) and the drinks were timed perfectly. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about your meal, ask for Andy. He's easily the best server here! The ambiance was perfect. well done Bhu! read more

Food was very good. Service excellent, ambiance very nice. If you're dining to impress this is it. The wag-eau burger was excellent everyone in our party went away happy. ***. Pricy but a lot of money spent on bar. read more

What went well: making last minute reservations on a holiday, greeting by the host, service of Mitchell and the other wait staff and the meal. Restaurant environment was nice and clean, with interesting artwork on the walls. I have passed this place many times considering other restaurants not realizing the gem of a place so close to home. A place I plan on visiting again as well as recommending to others read more

I don't know how this place has such a high rating on their social media pages. For starters, my server Jaen (pronounced "Juan") provided one of the most excruciatingly slow services I have received. While my wagyu truffle cheeseburger was pretty delish, their heavenly hash cake was god awful! Couldn't even get my fork to bottom of the cake without forcing my way through it with good amount of pressure. Quite expensive for a sub par dining experience. read more

I stopped in to Table 28 located in the Burgundy Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas for a drink before a dinner meeting. I was immediately excited about the unique atmosphere of the bar. The bar itself is sunk, with low seating that creates an intimate and cozy setting. There was a distinctive charm about it. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was excellent, not too sweet. Service quick. I'll be back for dinner. read more

Second time to Table 28. Enjoy the atmosphere but it was a disappointing dinner. The risotto was pretty bad - not creamy or flavorful. Tasted more like wild rice with no seasoning (even just some salt would've been welcome) and the mushrooms were tough and gummy. The meatloaf was served luke warm and was nothing special. Also it's sides were uninspiring. The service was ok. For the price, probably will not be back. There are better options in LR. read more

Those crab cakes are to die for!! Trust me .. you won't be disappointed. Follow it up with their seasonal reddish entree and you'll be back for more. Great service 10/10 recommend read more

Best food I've eaten in Arkansas to date! I had the Filet and it was the best thing I've put in my mouth. Service is beyond. Recommend this place 100 percent. read more

*Our waiter was great* We came for a nice night out and my drink was completely iced out with "purple ice cubes".. 3 sips and ice. The braised pork appetizer tasted like pot roast, fatty. I ordered the chicken Marsala dinner, FATTY first couple bites. Ok after that first bite I suppose. It's a mediocre restaurant with fine dining prices. ONE choice of steak when that's what we came for. Manager came to check on us and we told him our honest opinion. Not good or great. Not impressed. He was going table to table in his suit and tennis shoes. I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this for sure. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend. I've been to many restaurants attached to hotels and never complained. This one isn't worth your time or money. read more

Food was amazing! Staff were amazing!! Beautiful ambiance. I noticed their menu may be seasonal so entrees may differ.

The ambiance was very nice & it was slow for a Friday night. The dishes were more on the pricey side for the quality. My chicken was tender but was lacking in flavor. I wished there were more selection for the menu. read more

Had a Sunday dinner at Table 28. Their new menu. Starting with a Woodford double Oaked old fashioned from the bartender Ms. Amy. She also gave me a taste of the 60 day angels envy old fashioned & a sip of the pineapple daiquiri. Recommend both! "Not pictured" Then had the octopus and shrimp toast. Wow both were good! But next time I'd order the shrimp toast with the sauce from the octopus, salsa bravo. Split the red dish dinner and trust me. Was plenty of food for 2! Then had the peach cobbler for dessert. A must have!! The ice cream needed 2 scoops! YES! It's that good! I will definitely be back read more

Wow! That was one of the most amazing filets I've ever had!!! Jaen was our server and was amazing!

Horrible service experience! We ordered drinks, appetizers and the main course. It took almost three hours to get through the dinner service. Everyone around us that came in after us was getting there food items before us. We wanted to leave but it was too late to go anywhere else. This was the worse dining experience I have had in a long time. I do not recommend this place. If it happened to us it can happen to you! The waiter was full of excuses and management did not accept responsibility for the poor service. They knew our service was poor and offered free desserts but we were ready to go. We were also afraid it would take another hour to get the dessert so there's that! read more

My girlfriend and I visited for a date! The food and service was great! We'll be back!

Excellent food and service. Exceeded my expectations and they even presented my daughter with a birthday card.

The food was great. Such a neat place. Mitchell did a fabulous job and explained everything so well. The place is delightful. We were just passing through and decided to stay at hotel so we could eat here. Hotel is fabulous also. read more

Last night we had the BEST dinner ever at Table 28. The food was creative and delicious. Scott Raines is a gifted chef. His meals are very consistent. The service was an A+. Dined here as a double-hitter, business lunch and then a quick dinner. Lunch was high-value and both my business guest and I were pleased with our choices. For dinner, started with the tartar which was rich, and the gratis bacon. Finished off the night with a seasonal dessert torched tableside. read more

I'm a local living in Pleasant Valley; been staying at the Hotel Burgundy for the past two weeks during a kitchen remodel. First let me say this place is amazing! A true gem in our city. Quaint and charming! I was told by four individuals that the wagyu burger was the best ever! My immediate retort was always, "it better be for $30!" Well...,let me tell you, hands down this is the best burger I've ever had! I don't know what was on the burger I guess I could look it up, but the cheese definitely wasn't a Kraft single or Velveeta! Lol I had originally put this place off as being Frou Frou food. Highly decorated, elevated price, and non-satiating plates. I stand corrected! I forgot to mention the truffle fries, piled high with grated Parmesan. My wife stated that she could never go back to a regular burger. I would concur! Service was attentive and pleasing. I am gleefully looking forward to the rest of the menu. read more

I really love the food here, it has so many beautifully plated and tasty options for reasonable prices. All dishes are chef inspired. This is my 2nd week staying at the burgundy hotel and I love how Table 28 is conveniently located right inside. Today was the first time I decided not eat in so I ordered my food to-go so I could relax in my room. My server came out with a room service presentation and took my food up to my room for me; he told me he didn't want me to have to eat out of boxes. He was so incredibly kind and thoughtful! Thank you so much David, this made my day after a long weekend of traveling in and working today. The bean soup is a must! It is the best bean soup I've ever had at any restaurant - and I am a huge bean soup fan. You will not be disappointed! 3 other dishes I highly recommend are 1 -the fried bologna sliders with homemade chips 2- the deviled eggs topped with chicken skins and 3 - the Fried duck and sweet bread pot pie with tarragon dressing. There are so many options and I'm excited to try more! Meredith, at the bar, is another great person to have serve you. So kind, sweet and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful experience. read more

We had an AWEOME dinning experience on Wednesday, 02/16/22! The squash soup had a rich creamy texture and such an unforgettable flavor. Their Redffish dish came with charred brussel sprouts that were exceptional. If you love Shrimp & Grits, you have to try their Shrimp & Riced Grits; and you will want to sop-up every bit of that delicious broth. Also recommend the Hibiscus Margarita. The food was extremely good, but Kristin (our Server) was the big factor that made the whole dinning experience AWESOME!!! read more

This food was phenomenal! I ordered the pre fixe menu and had the gumbo, meatloaf, and sticky toffee pudding. Prosecco to drink. All very good! Gumbo is one of my favorite foods that no one ever seems to get right; but Table 28 excels. It seemed odd that we only had wine options to drink; no beer or cocktails. The server said that there was a bar but no menu so we weren't sure what our options were. He also seemed put out by me asking about the seasoning of the curry duck breast (I've never had it before and wanted to be sure of what it was before ordering). Our table was stuck in the corner of the room behind a wine fridge so I almost felt as if I were in time out! All in all, I enjoyed my food and the company I was with and will absolutely come again to see if I get a warmer welcome! read more

Love this place! My coworkers picked this restaurant while we traveled to Little Rock and this is the best meal I have had in Little Rock so far (my second week-long visit here from SF). My other meals were pretty good (from Samantha's, Bruno's little Italy, Allshopp Chappell, but not a "wow amazing" type). We stayed in downtown and the restaurant is 15 minutes drive from downtown but we were so glad to take the drive. Totally worth it! All of us really enjoyed our foods and dessert! Something exciting about Little Rock now. The services were pretty good and attentive. Restaurant decor was nice and noise level was acceptable. The restaurant is inside the Burgund Hotel which looks nice itself. The restaurant was busy but we were able to reserve a table for 3 same night before we left. Highly recommend to try if you are around. read more

We had a celebration on Saturday night and Table 28 was recommended. This restaurant has AMAZING food. Our table almost ate everything on the menu! This restaurant has wonderful ambiance. We felt comfortable and at home. But what makes Table 28 so special is their staff. Hands down the friendliest, most accommodating and welcoming staff I've ever encountered! They went above and beyond to elevate our experience from a simple meal to an incredible culinary experience. I HIGHLY recommend this fine establishment! Thank you Table 28!!!! Does this have new owners or a new chef.?It is not as it used to be. My rabbit pie was tasteless and the crust was over browned. Hubs shrimp and grist's was also subpar. The service was excellent so no problem there. I'm not impressed by the newer dècor. Black interior is depressing. read more

Great restaurant, creative chef, very nice staff! Absolutely worth the 14 minute drive from downtown little rock!

It's a nice little place in the Burgundy Hotel. The service was nice, and the waitress was very attentive. The food was a little too salty in my opinion. But it might be my own personal preference. Also compared to the price, I don't really know if the food was worth the price. But overall not a bad place. Took my parents for their anniversary. The octopus and sticky toffee was really good though. read more

The food is IMPECCABLE. The flavors and textures are perfection. Some of the items on the menu sound like they could be basic but everything is very elevated. For example the cheesy grits- the perfect amount of cheesy with the sweetness of sauteed peppers, or mashed sweet potatoes- the smoooothness of these potatoes and the blend of marshmallow and bourbon (chefs kiss). My husband had the jerked pork rib eye with the coconut cream collard greens.. Why have I never had a pork rib eye before??? AMAZING. I had the Scollops over chorizo sweet corn. There is an art to cooking scallops and who ever was cooking these has perfected it! Also I thought I died when I tasted the sticky toffee pudding because the balance of salty and sweet was heavenly.. I wish I could remember our waiters name, he was great. read more

Our server was very good. All 4 of us had a dish similar to chicken marsala that was dry, rather tough & overcooked. The pasta served with the chicken was cold 2 of us had wedge salads that were satisfactory. The desserts were very good. We each had one cocktail. For $249 without a tip, this meal was WAY OVERPRICED. I will not be back to table 28. What a disappointing expensive meal on Valentine's Day. read more
