I can't say enough good things about this place!! It has a soothing ambiance and chill vibe,…read moreSamantha the Patient Services Coordinator is majorly on top of things--scheduling was a breeze--and the treatment provided by Dr. Joseph was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Everything was exceptional!! I've had plenty of rodeos with western medicine, and while I understand the advantages of it, I was feeling underwhelmed by the treatment I've received from some practitioners of late. I'm extremely health conscious and in tune with when my body is out of whack. I went to NNM seeking relief from myriad problems, and six visits later, I feel like a new person. Dr. Giacona delves into the root of your issues and listens like no other doctor I've seen maybe ever, and I saw results after my very first visit. He took a wholistic approach to solving my problems, provided plenty of literature outlining his principles and explaining the treatment plan, and was clear about the role I would need to play in solving my health issues. Also, I've gotten acupuncture before but this is on an entirely new level--I now know that not all acupuncture is created equal! I'm so happy I found NNM, and have referred my friends and loved ones, and wanted to leave this review to encourage anyone looking for an alternative or supplement for their current medical treatment to try this place out!!

No contact phone number. Nobody answers office doorbell in person during specified business hours…read more The secretary, Samantha, seems extremely rude. Don't waste your time--it appears to be a pretend/illegitimate practice.

Rachel has been able to help me with severe insomnia when literally nothing else did (and I have…read moretried ALL the medical options!). She is thoughtful, kind, and caring. As a person with multiple chronic illnesses I have seen a huge range of medical and alternative medicine practitioners and rarely have I felt cared for with BOTH astute, rigorous knowledge AND warmth. I am so grateful to have found her.

This message is long overdue…read more I've been seeing Rachel for the last three years primarily for fertility reasons, but also just because once I started going to acupuncture, I didn't want to stop. I felt so good after every session. Rachel is a warm and attentive listener, who asks the right questions and provides an intuitive level of treatment. I referred a friend to see Rachel and the friend had had a panic attack during acupuncture at a different place and was terrified. Rachel stayed in the room with her during her treatment and literally held her hand so that she could feel calm and safe knowing she had someone there if panic should ensue. Rachel did house calls and endured 30-45 minutes of non-stop chihuahua barking to assist in my quest to get pregnant. Below is a picture of her at my house when I was in labor, trying to get things to speed up, but also aiming for pain relief. If you are looking for a safe and relaxing environment and a warm and competent acupuncturist, I cannot recommend Seven Seas highly enough.
