I tried to purchase some items but she was mouthing off to me because I didn't want to use the humanless cash out. She continued to talk to me in Spanish and kept mouthing off. I yelled back walked out without purchasing anything. she said it's a free country she can talk how she wants to. Not when you're working I told her. ignorant people need education on customer service Won't be returning here with uneducated cashiers and bad customer service mouthing off at paying customers. I paid a lot in fuel as I fueled my tank and my reefer. All the money I give to pilot and flying j I expect more in customer service. Most people don't complain because truckers are tired and this seems to be a common issue with customer service towards truck drivers. We work 14 hrs a day on an 8 day work week to encounter assholes like this. Amazing to me how this stupid people can keep their employment. This type of thing does not happen overnight this is behavior that has been allowed and empowering employees to treat customers in a bad manner. Certainly nobody cares because truck drivers have no choice but to come here to fuel. So we should take the abuse by ignorant people.

There were small red particles inside of my ice cubes. I pulled two Ice cubes out showed to two different cashiers. I asked to speak to a manager and no one came out. You can clearly see the red particles in side the ice cubes. They said they'll notify the maintenance to clean the machine. They didn't offer another drink nor a refund. Also I went to desk to purchase a pack of cigarettes, I stood there for 5 minutes no one came to help me. I went and sat back down.
