When in Laredo Texas this is more favorite place to grocery shop. This year we purchased a brisket for Christmas dinner and they had a great selection. We also bought several item for New Year's. We will definitely return. read more

These carts make a big difference for parents shopping with young children, and having more of them available would really enhance the experience. Horrible service, they didn't pack an item of food and found out when we got home. Went back to store with the receipt and the Manager from the store would not give is the money back or replace the item. read more

It is chain of grocery store mostly in texas but if you get chance please try their flamingo bird restaurant or deli. Serves great flame grilled chicken with sides and tortias. Best clean grocery store than any other stores. read more

Excellent Market ! I shopped there several times last week, while working in Laredo. Big, nice, clean, excellent selections on most things. Pre made sandwiches are not in the Deli, but nearer the front at the "Restaurant-Grill" section. Wines & coldbeer. Tons of parking in big lot. Nice, helpful workers, easy in-&-out. Open 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM, daily. Ice is in a front corner, near the "Express Check-out Lanes", and is really easy to miss. I missed it on two different afternoons. Peculiar grocery bags sold @ .27/per. These are heavy plastic, and are re-useable several times. All in all, an EXCELLENT H E B. Just wish it were in New Orleans ! This place is exaggeratly packed every day. It's crazy how you just have to come to HEB just knowing that you have to park in the back. There are a lot of morons out there so be careful. EXAMPLES - person waiting for a spot. I get it and I've done it. The crappy part on this instance is that the very first spot in front of the store is what they are waiting for. Since they saw the driver get into their car but , the second one next to the one that hasn't pulled out is there available. They will hold up 11 cars that's right 11 cars is what I counted just so they park in the first spot. Drove us nuts on how lazy an stupid they can be. OTHER ISSUES, shopping carts just left next to or behind cars. Not a care about others peoples vehicles. Sucks to say cause I'm Mexican but, some of these Mexican people are A-holes. Anyway this store is awesome. Wish we had HEB's in Northeast Texas. read more

This is a fav. This store is one of their best locations and I have always appreciated the many things that they offer. The produce is always beautiful and abundant. They have a nice variety and some of the sweetest strawberries I've had. I was disappointed to see that the electronic/media/music section was removed from the store as they offered things that are hard to find elsewhere in other H-E-B stores. The customer service here has always been the best. The kindest staff. read more

Store seemed ok and enjoyed eating at the Flaming Bird... BUT... I've never heard of being asked to leave by security (in the afternoon) after simply parking and resting for 10 minutes in their lot. Seems kind of rude and for the record i had just ate inside there, not like I was using them for free parking! You've lost yourself a customer! read more

I'm glad they have many HEBs in this city...but in my opinion...the one on loop is the best of them all...the staff is friendly and very helpful...they always have fresh fruit and veggies...that's always a plus in my book...because I'm kind of a health nut...would have given them a well deserved 5 stars...but what's the deal with buying your bags now...I can't remember to bring my reusable bags...so that adds to my bill...bummer...other than that...if you need groceries...you might see me in there...I'm a regular...lol read more
