This is for Walmart money card which is a crock of lies. They promise no fees for direct deposit, they promise 2 day payday early pay, and they promise $200 over draft...they have not come through with any of what they say, but Walmart sure does send me card after card ...I believe Walmart has sent me around 6 cards and one on the way...plus they draft money out for fees after having direct deposit, not to mention at one point I received my check on Thursday now it's on Friday..... absolutely rip off city by Walmart read more

This Walmart caters to Mexican border crossers and over the road truckers. The parking lot stays dirty with trash due to people removing their purchases from their boxes so the don't have to pay tear offs on new items when crossing back into Mexico. Unfortunately the inside of the store is dirty also. I don't 100% blame Walmart it's just a different customer culture here. I recommend if you come to this Walmart lock your doors and keep valuables out of sight. read more

I registered with Walmart+ to return an item at this location. First, I was told by one person, that I needed to download an app to access the Walmart internet. Then I was told that I could just use their "Free WI-FI". I work in IT and know that when you log on to these "Free networks", it enables people to access your information. I went to customer service and they asked for a bar code. I showed them the bar code on the item I was returning. They said they needed a bar code again. I told them "I don't want money back, I just want my credit to my Walmart+ account. The "Manager" told me that if I did not leave, she would call the police". I sat down with my ID in my hand and waited for the police. After 25 minutes of "Stink eye" from the plain clothed Walmart security officer, the police came, and filed a trespass warrant. I was removed. Walmart+ fixed the problem, as far as my refund and further orders. read more

Avoid this place. The tire department is probably the most incompetent team I've ever encountered. The only person that was competent was the cashier. The guy I was dealing with was rude and unprofessional. My car was done and completed and I was told I would get a call to pick up the car. I never got a call. He really seems like he doesn't like working there. Perhaps upper management should take notice and teach the team that customer service is everything. Next time I'll stick with Discount Auto. Much more pleasant and professional group of folks to deal with. read more

This is probably the worse WalMart in Laredo, it's close to the border and mostly visited by our neighbors crossing the border. During the holiday season this place is a zoo. Customers are rude and they destroy the store in a frenzy. It's one of the busiest with very few lines open and lines extending halfway through the store. If you need to visit a Walmart while in Laredo I recommend the one on the Loop. read more

Want to give a huge shout out to Arlene in the money center. We are not from Loredo and we needed some help. She went above & beyond to not only make sure we were taken care of but provides the excellent customer service that one would not usually or ever get at a Walmart. She was very kind to the people in front of me that were having a difficult time understanding how to do a money gram or walmart to walmart money or anything else. I'm mot a fan of this Walmart. It's old, always packed, feels dirty (probably because it's old), and has a poor layout. Also, it's not a supercenter...There's a much better Walmart at 2615 NE Bob Bullock Loop (about 6 miles north). read more
