The worst TA I've ever been to. Bunch of crooks and unprofessional technicians. Checked in at 4:30 pm and all they did was add air to tires and rotate my front tires. I told them I have an air leak needs to be fixed asap and priority. After 3 hrs nothing has been done !!! Finally spoke with this technicians named Branden ! Full of fake promises and he said ok I'll fix a valve that's leaking and a wheel seal I'll work on your truck overnight go ahead and get a hotel ! I got a hotel and came back in the morning Branden is never there he told me I'll meet u at 8:00 !! Well 9 am and he's not there yet !! Oh btw he mentioned to me that he's gonna order a part cost 1600$ !! To replace that break chamber and the wheel seal !! He never did. So the idiot punk moron wasted my whole day and night for nothing And the manager was such unprofessional and another white lady at desk no customer service skills no manners nothing !! Bunch of arrogant pricks. Stay away don't ever try to fix your truck at TA. Bunch of thieves and morons. read more

We always stop at this location when we travel to Kansas, and this trip was no exception. The bathrooms are always clean- in fact it looks like they just remodeled the woman's restroom as it was very clean and shiny! The gas pumps are fast, which is good because there are not a lot of pumps for cars however if there is a line it goes fast, and the parking lot is big- lots of spaces and lots of places to park if you are towing. read more

This ta has been a stop of mine for a long time and it's recently been overhauled inside it was getting really dated but now it's one of the nicest ones with lots of amenities inside and within walking distance. This one's stand out feature to me is the new laundry area and the showers. read more

Really poor service and food quality. I think they have a server name Jeannie and a manager named Nathan that should both be thrown into the dishwasher; terrible service and even had one threaten me on yelp for 'leaving false reviews'. I've had to contact the police department over the entire situation. Hair in the salad bar, which is the only thing edible here... I think that says it all. The manager Nathan was more than rude after my complaint, saying you complained about another restaurant' in this town, leave me alone or 'I'll call the cops'. Well sorry, I'm not a. Ruminate morning breaking the law and u fortunately there's like four other places to eat in this town and you are one of the two that should be shut down for food safety violations and rude service. For some reason some local people who frequent this establishment and another off Main Street think they run this town , have threatened me and think I'm afraid of these ridiculous attempt at censorship and they are mistaken. This is America and more importantly this is Yelp- a place for reviews (good or bad). Im only leaving 2 stars because the Subway manager. She was the only decent person working in this entire building. This place is dirty. nasty. old building and smells like rotting sewer sht. Rude snobby employees. disgusting showers. Employees dressed inappropriately (more lot lizard attire then professional business - mexican girl setting up display in short shorts with her bewbs out, very condescending when asked for help, called everyone hon and sug - also unprofessional). This is at a truck stop, so you figure it should have decent food. Hubby had a burger and I had soup/salad bar. There were 2 kinds of soup to choose from, and there was a sign indicating what type of soup each was, but it hadn't been changed for that day. Salad bar had iceberg and arugula mix to choose from and just about anything you would want to add to a salad, and then some. I think the soup I had was goulash type, elbow mac with tomatoes, onions - it was good. Hubby said burger was good. As soon as you walk in the overwhelming stench of the restroom hits you. If you go use the restroom the smell is worse. Always judge a place on how clean they keep their bathrooms. Ok so it's a truck stop diner with meh reviews. I've beaten at these before and am always surprised at how good they actually are. It's very clean and this particular one had a very nice and very cold salad bar with 2 hot soups which were both delicious, but a little salty for me. The pea soup was very nice. Waited over 5 minutes to get served and left. Watched one waitress clean a table across from us and saw another talking in the kitchen. All other tables were served and it wasn't that busy. Despite all the negative reviews. I'll take a minute to give my opinion. Took a minute to get my order taken. When I was finally helped it was actually uphill from there. Lois was my waitress and took care of me. I guess her shift just started. I ordered coffee. Obviously fresh as it was pretty amazing. Filled my to go cup with it. When the food came out it was pretty much perfect or better than expected from a truck stop. Chicken fried steak was hot... Eggs were perfect... Hash Browns were good. They gave me Texas Toast. Toasted correctly and buttered. When you judge a place on their perfection... Remember a fucking truck stop has frozen shit they cook. Shit is greasy and standards are pretty low. For now they did good with the stuff I ordered. If your expecting a perfect meal... Go somewhere else or carry food for your trip. A decent number of people were there, and while that's one of my tests of a restaurant to go to, it was a false positive this time. They have a salad bar with soups and various biscuits. They have a wide variety of options in main dishes from breakfast to sandwiches to steaks. That's about the end of the good news. From the time we sat down we had to fight off the flies in the restaurant that were hovering like vultures over a man dieing of thirst in the desert. I ordered a sirloin covered with a mushroom sauce. My companions ordered a BLT and pork chops. When we went to the salad bar it was tough to find anything that wasn't covered in flies. They had only iceburg lettuce for lettuce choices. There were minimal other items for the salad. The dressings looked thick from non-use and time. When the entrees arrived we were all in shock. The pork chops looked thin and overcooked very similar to shoe leather. The BLT was huge thick pieces of bread and a tiny amount of stuffing in between. The sirloin was tiny compared to the picture in the menu and overcooked. I guess they do have a decent truck stop associated with the restaurant. However, next time I'm in town I'll choose Subway or McDonalds. read more

This place is great. The salad bar had chilled plates and an amazing selection to choose from. The special tonight was prime rib. Cooked great, not fatty and a nice sized baked potato. My husband and I ate here for the first and last time! We walked in at 7:10 there were two other tables in the restaurant. We had to pick the cleanest of the every dirty table in there. We waited 10 minutes to even get a menu. The waiter was very inconvenienced when we told him what we would like to drink. When he finally came back with drinks about 15 minutes later we ordered. Got our salad bar, which was good. At 8:15 he came and asked how our meal was...we told him we would let him know when ever we got it...he hurried over to the computer and turned our order in. I had stuffed shells and meatballs.. the meatballs would have made great rubber bouncy balls, the ricotta cheese was sour and the shells were still crunchy! HORRIBLE!! My husband had the chicken fried steak which tasted like it had been soaked in a salt water bath before it was cooked!! Never going back there! If there was a way to give less than one star I surely would. I sat down at the counter about 12 feet away from where the waitress was. She was visiting with a local and it took her 4 minutes to walk a menu over to me. I ordered buffalo chicken with mac and cheese. While I waited for my food another customer told my waitress that his hamburger steak was cold in the middle she said "I don't know how it could be, I watched him cook it" and offered him no solution. It took a very long time to get my basic order. When my food showed up the waitress said "they boiled a fresh batch of noodles so it is nice and fresh". The chicken was on top of the mac and cheese with buffalo sauce poured all over the mac and cheese as well. But what really pissed me off was biting into RAW CHICKEN!! Not just a little undercooked, but SLIMY RAW. I was looking for the waitress when the guy with the cold hamburger steak pointed out who the manager was. The manager walked behind a partition wall and I made my way to peek around the wall and found the manager embracing my waitress. After he shook off his embarrassment he asked if I wanted a free piece of pie! What a damn joke. I called customer support right after and gave a full account of what happened. When I did not receive a call back the next day I called again and they said they had no record of my complaint so I had to go through the process all over again. The area manager called and talked to me. He seemed to grasp how big of a risk that customers were being subjected to and said he would handle it and got my address to send me something for my trouble. In fact his boss from Wyoming called as well to make sure it was taken care of. Well it is a couple weeks later and I have not gotten a thing in the mail from TA. Airconditioning was either off or not working, Salad Bar was old looking and stale, ordered the hamburger steak, frozen hamburger patty and dry, baked potato was old. Waitress was slow.
