This is one of the best shops we have ever been too We were driving home from Utah when our truck made a huge boom and we lost turbo power to our diesel truck. Well I called Mike and asked if we could come in but he said they were busy until Friday but told us to bring it in and if it was what he thought he could get it done for us. Well we made it in and he had Steve look at the truck and it was two boost hoses where one had come off and the other one was almost off so he tightened them and it worked fine!!!! Traveling from Alva, Oklahoma to California, my motorhomes diesel engine started stalling very scary because without the engine power, steering and brake assist didn't work. Tried the TA truck stop, but they don't work on RVs, so parked at the pilot truck stop until Monday. Interstate 70 ran a diagnostic, then replaced my fuel filter. We had bearings lock up on our 41ft 5th wheel that resulted in a fire and breaking our axel. We pulled into the shop about an hour before closing. Sherman did a great job of diagnosing it but nothing we could do that night so they let us park our rig in their lot and sleep for the night. In the morning Mark directed us to a shop in Denver to get a new axel made. Once we got that axel back Brad (and the team) did a great job of getting us on the road. We were driving west on I-70 and noticed our car making a noise. The noise wasn't consistent, and we couldn't tell whether it was the wind. We spent the night in Limon and the next morning, no wind and still the noise. We called Interstate because they had good reviews here. They lived up to it -- squeezed us in, diagnosed the problem, put a temporary fix in so that we could get to where we had the time to leave the car for longer and beyond fair on price! Stay clear of this place. Called and asked if they could work on detroit series 60 diesel. They said pull it in the last bay. I did and no one came out so I went in the office and said are you the person I talked to on the phone. The guy said no very rudely, we are just opening we will get to you. I started back to the vehicle and saw another person and tried to make conversation by saying are you the person I talked to on the phone. The first guy I had asked heard and acted like I insulted his mom or something. He came sternly to me and said "I am the owner, if you want to talk to somebody, talk to me" Well, I had already tried, but because I needed help, I said look, I didn't mean to cause a problem. He said "go stand by your vehicle and we will get to you" Well, they came over with there scanners and after trying a couple different ones they finally begin to tell me all these things that were wrong. After spending valuable time there, they called me in the office to tell me, they didn't want to work on it. but they charged me 98.00 for plugging in the scanner. I made it to Denver to a real detroit shop and as I had guessed when the correct software was used all those extra problems didn't show up. read more

These people here, lie. Was told to make repairs would be $600-$700 turns out to be well over $900. They admitted to us that they did not test drive our truck before giving the all clear, we overheated less than two miles from their shop. They said the did put antifreeze in the new radiator however their service guy had to put three gallons in it to get it back to their shop. He also told us our air compressor was locked up on our a/c which turns out to also be untrue. read more
