They even gave me names and numbers of who to reach out to so he wouldn't be freezing outside for so long. They didn't just see us as potential profits like so many big corporations tend to do. They saw that there was a young man outside in the cold and they went out of their way to help him despite not benefiting personally. They created a calmness for her and walked her through what to expect and gave her the assurance that it was going to be okay. They got her totaled car to their site and offered to take my daughter home, even after confirming they knew it was approx 120 miles away. I was concerned about the mileage I would have to pay, but they were honestly just concerned about just getting my daughter home safe, and they were sincere in their concern as they never charged me for getting her to me. I was able to meet half way and the owners wife was gracious enough to take her, which I felt was most appropriate for my daughter to be with a female. In every interaction that I've had with this company, their knowledge, their guidance and above all their extreme kindness has set the bar extremely high for not only towing services but any business.
