They created a calmness for her and walked her through what to expect and gave her the assurance that it was going to be okay. They got her totaled car to their site and offered to take my daughter home, even after confirming they knew it was approx 120 miles away. I was concerned about the mileage I would have to pay, but they were honestly just concerned about just getting my daughter home safe, and they were sincere in their concern as they never charged me for getting her to me. I was able to meet half way and the owners wife was gracious enough to take her, which I felt was most appropriate for my daughter to be with a female.
