I recorded the meetings to document everything taking place, and trust me, he could care less once you sign the work authorization form. We originally took it to him to see if he could fix some vandalism that occurred on my son's car, and in looking over the whole car (not just the parts we wanted him to look at) he and Essy found that there was hail damage that we did not notice as the dents were relatively small. It turned out that there was a lot of hail damage all over the car and he could actually fix the vandalism also because he and Essy surround themselves with people who are also very knowledgeable about body work and paint. It was a one (1) stop shop for body work and the convenience was a relief to me!! They even came and picked up the car for evaluation and to start the work so that I did not have to find a ride home! Essy handled the paperwork and the insurance company and even the rental car place for me!!! She was so attentive to the details that I would have overlooked in keeping the insurance company up to date on the progress. She discussed the claim with the insurance company to make sure that they would take care of the whole car, she and Alex met with the adjuster to make sure that he saw all of the damage and did not miss anything. I even got a compliment from the insurance claims person on Essy on how easy she was to work with and that made the difference in getting our claim taken care of quickly! Alex and Essy treated us like we were family and I would highly recommend them to everyone that I know who needs some work done on their vehicle if they want it done right the first time around!!!
