High quality auto body repair folks. They want to take care of you, especially to complete against the big autobody chains. They did miss something that we had to back for but it was an honest mistake and they made it all good. read more

Fantastic experience! Subaru Outback needed a panel and exterior mirror replaced. The shop got the parts in a couple of days, we took the car in on a Monday and got it back beautifully done the same day. I don't expect that's possible for most repairs, but I sure appreciate it! In addition, the car was detailed inside and out. Service manager Jorge and front desk associate both fantastic communicators, very friendly and professional. read more

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Tri-Lakes Collision and, more specifically, Jorge Visoso. Jorge was incredibly informative, patient, and consistently responsive to all my phone calls and questions. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Jorge has earned my highest endorsement--I will always return to Tri-Lakes Collision for future needs and confidently refer friends and family to Jorge and his team. read more

Had to wait 6 weeks to get my car. I had to call and wait for replies on status. When I picked it up I had to point out that there were pieces that were on the estimate that were not replaced on the car. They had them, and installed them. Also pointed out that the car was damaged, and per their before pictures, show the damage wasn't there when i dropped it off. They said they didn't do it, could have been another customer in the parking lot. They said the would "Help" but not properly fix the damage. Then proceeded to blame it on me for dropping the car off dirty. Won't be going back. If you go, make sure you have good documentation of the condition of your car when you leave it. read more

Been using them for 15 years, always courteous, professional , and do impeccable work! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My car was smashed one day while parked on the side of the road. Someone crashed into my drivers side door, severely denting the door and breaking the side view mirror off entirely. I took my car to Tri-Lakes and I am sooooo glad I did! Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. The service was great and done quickly. They replaced the door on my car and it looks beautiful now! I highly recommend this shop to anyone! read more

This review is written under a pseudonym. The name isn't real but my picture is! Incredible experience from start to finish. Tri-Lakes exceeded my expectations. I have never had a body shop do paint work right the first time and go above and beyond what I expected them to do. The entire team from receptionist, estimator, owner and his wife are top notch and took incredible care of me by repairing my car so it looks as good, if not better, than new! Skip the corporate monstrosities that have bought out many of the local body shops and turned them into fast food "McDonalds" auto body shops; instead seriously consider this locally owned business for your auto body needs. No, you will not need to wait a month to schedule an appointment for an estimate (Caliber did) No, you will not have to wait another 2 months after your estimate to get the repair started. (Guess the corporate shop) No, you won't be treated like another cog in the wheel and your patronage will be valued. No, they didn't misplace my car. Nope, no missing key rings. Nope, no annoying emails asking for a review. No, they won't laugh at you for owning a Hyundai or perhaps they were courteous enough to wait till I left? Yes, the paint will match. (Read my another review to see which body shop in town can't match paint) Yes, they will remember your name but then again that might be cuz I can be an arsehole due to bad experiences in the past. Yes, the owner is proud of his shop and won't be insulted if you ask for a tour and ask to see some of his completed paint and body work. Yes, this is perhaps the best auto body repair experience I've ever had and my previous reviews should tell you that I have very high expectations from the people that receive my business. Yes, smiles from the staff are included at no extra cost in the estimate and are genuine. Yes, they accept USAA insurance for those who are wondering and think they have to go to the "C" word place. It was such a great experience, that I cannot wait to have my next accident. read more

We received an estimate for a minor spoiler repair and AFTER the repair was in the paint booth, I got a call and was told the cost to repair the spoiler was going to be higher than the estimate, because they found they had to remove an additional panel they didn't first anticipate. I understand this was only an estimate but a quality body shop should know what it takes to remove a rear spoiler and include that in the estimate. We have used this shop 3 times for cash repairs in the past 18 months and it's a shame they have forever lost our business over $40, which was something they should have known better to include in the original estimate. Donna, this is bad business practice! read more

We ran over a piece of retread on the interstate and it bent the undercarriage cover. I took the car to Tri-Lakes Collision to see what could be done and before I knew it they had repaired and resecured the cover. I asked what I owed and was told it was a real simple repair and there was no charge! read more

My Subaru Legacy was hit in rear by another driver, who fortunately stayed at scene until I came back, to exchange insurance info. I had a good experience with Tri-Lakes Collision repairing a front fender 5 years ago, so chose to return to TLC. I was not disappointed...from check in to pick-up, the staff (Brad, Gina, and Stephanie) were professional, efficient, explained the process of dealing with other driver's insurance (they were very familiar with that insurance company procedures). I received emails almost every day, updating me about the car status, during the week the car was in their facility. They even washed and polished the car. The replacement fender and trunk were painted a perfect match color. The repair occurred during "safer at home" stage of COVID-19, and staff were wearing masks, distancing, washing hands. All in All, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them! read more

11-26-2013 till 12-27-2013 due to Christmas and parts issues. Car looks very good. Think the shop could communicate a bit better with customers on work progress or parts needs. read more

I noticed that my rear bumper that had some how become dislodged from it's clips and was slightly hanging. I brought it to Tri-Lakes Collision, I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me but he quickly took my car back to look at it. With in 20 minutes they had it back to me, they had reset my rear bumper into it's clips perfectly. They didn't charge me anything for my visit. This is my second time working with this company. Both experiences have been great. I really appreciate their help and the staff there is wonderful and friendly. I will continue to use them for any of my car body repairs and questions; and I will refer anyone who needs repairs to them. Thank you so much for your help, it is so greatly appreciated. read more

I brought my 2016 Chevy Colorado in for hail damage repair. The repairs look great. You can't even tell the vehicle was damaged. They took care of all the additional paperwork for the insurance claim. Friendly and courteous shuttle drivers. Thanks-D. Taylor read more

What a pleasant surprise!! Worked with Julie, very professional, friendly, and helpful. Had a appointment and they were ready when I got there. In and out in a very reasonable amount of time, and I was so relieved at the cost. If I need body work again in the future, I will be back. read more

Pretty good work on the car, marred by two problems: (1) missing key from the key ring; and (2) eleven texts and emails asking me to review their work. When you contact the customer 11 times for a review, you are not asking, you are demanding. read more

I took my Tundra to Tri-Lakes collision for repair. From the estimate to the finished work this was a wonderful experience. Brad wrote the estimate and kept me up to date throughout the process. Tri-Lakes Collision is a very professional and honest company that does exceptional work. First time I've used them and I am very impressed. They were very courteous, professional and communicated with me throughout the process. To replace our bumper on our Suburban, I was quoted a little over $1000 for an aftermarket bumper. They said to drop off on Monday and pick up on Thursday. I dropped off and they called me a day later and told me there was an additional bracket needing replaced and it was only $50 or so and said they found an OEM bumper even cheaper than the aftermarket. After all was said and done, I paid less than $1000 for all the work, they were done ON TIME, and washed and cleaned the inside of the car!!! It's hard enough to get people to stick to schedules, let alone do it CHEAPER and offer great customer service!!! I'll definitely use again!!! read more

My amazing experience at Tri-Lakes Collision came as a second estimate. The first estimate made with a different body shop was unremarkable. At Tri-Lakes Collision the two ladies at the front desk were both friendly and courteous. When we met with Brad he explained their process in detail. The estimate we received from Tri-Lakes was meticulous, detailed. Clearly professionals were going to restore my car and not miss anything. They also advocated on our behalf with the insurance company to ensure all issues were addressed. When I picked up the car, Brad gave me a tour of their new building pointing out new services that will be offered including regular auto repair services (tune-ups, oil change, tires, etc. He had so much oride in the collision work and now in the added services that they will offer. I have found my new full service auto care center! read more

Brad and company did an amazing job getting our Chevy Suburban up and running in three days. We were involved in an accident where a semi blew a tire and I could not avoid it which tore up the front end of our vehicle. Got the appraisal and saw positive reviews online for Tri Lakes and wife went for an appraisal on Thursday, vehicle was in on Monday and done by Thursday. Work was done great, front end is tracking perfect again, new bumper looks awesome. Hopefully do not get in an accident again, but will definitely head there for all our body work needs. read more

I had a pretty good experience here. I had tried getting estimates a few other places and even to get an estimate was going to take a long time. They got me in with an estimate the same day in a reasonable time. The estimate was a bit low, which was frustrating. The turnaround time for fixing our vehicle was consistent with what we expected and other places predicted. The cost was also similar. The people I spoke with were always friendly and helpful. The final quality of the work was good. If we needed work again, we'd go back here. read more

Worst service in the history of service. We took our car in to get the bumper replaced. Suzy took pictures and was supposed to get back to me the next day. No one got back to me so on day 4 I called and talked to Bill, the owner. Bill said he would take care of it but failed to for 2 weeks. By then the insurance company was getting antsy and told me Bill didnt have pictures. I called Bill and asked where the pictures were and he didnt have them but he could get me in to get pictures taken. Really? A waste of 2 weeks and not the least bit apologetic. Dont go here unless you want bad service and slow repairs. read more

This is the first time I've had to have a car with major damage repaired. My car was towed to Tri-Lakes and Brad did a great job of walking me thru the whole process of what needed to be done, how they were going to do it and the time frame for the work to be done. He and the office personnel were always courteous and friendly. They kept me informed of the progress. And when my car was done, I was totally amazed at how great it looked! I am very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them. read more

From the moment I took my car into Tri Lakes Collision until I left with a thoroughly repaired car, I felt their total professionalism and helpfulness. Their receptionist was pleasant and courteous, their estimator was detailed and complete explaining all the work that would be required to correct my dents, and the business was up front about a rattle caused by a broken handle which they ordered and replaced. The office and grounds were clean, the employees pleasant and knowledgeable, and the job wonderful. I highly recommend Tri Lakes Collision. read more

Cheaper than the competition, gave me a loaner for a week and did a great job.

I have had to take my car in twice in the last year, and both times, my car has been returned to me in a condition better than it was in when I bought it. This past visit was half a week shorter than anticipated, and they had taken care of a few other minor issues I'd been having (they replaced my right blinker, which apparently had burned out, and cleaned up the pumpkin puree that I had spilled all over my floor mat many weeks back). In addition, the customer service has always been excellent. I can't imagine a better experience after getting rear-ended, and will never go elsewhere for future repairs. Thank you! read more

My jeep is my baby and when someone hit it I was not happy. Tri-Lakes was recommended to me for repairs and they did an amazing job. Travis kept me updated on what was happening and they had it done on time. I'm going to go to them for all repairs from now on. Thank you Tri-Lakes for great work and great service. read more

Although I had taken our cars here for years for various auto body repairs being very happy, it is no longer on my Insurance company's list of shops. Now I know why. Not only did my repair take a month and over $4000 more than the Insurance company's estimate of $2000, I was never contacted regarding the extended time and expense. I had been told it would take about a week. I had to call for any and all updates over the entire period. When we picked up the vehicle it was stuck in low gear with the dashboard beeping and blinking. The passenger floor mat was also missing. These issues were resolved but not the loud noise coming from the vehicle! I was then told by TriLakes that the power steering pump was out and that they noticed this when we dropped the vehicle off. We had never been told this and there was no engine trouble when we dropped it off and told them so. TriLakes then said they would submit another claim of $900+ for the pump. With all that had happened, we elected to take the vehicle to our local mechanic. We were told the pump had been reconnected incorrectly, a new power steering pump wasn't needed! This had been done by TriLakes Collision during the repair of front body work. In the interim the Insurance company paid TriLakes the $900! This was a disappointing and stressful experience. On the up side the body work looks good. You may wish to research other body shops in the area. read more

I just had the back of my Hyundai repaired (ugh, bad knee so had trash in back of car w hatch open to back up driveway out of garage & did not clear garage door). Every single person in that shop is very kind and very helpful. My car looks beautiful and then even vacuumed and cleaned my car inside and out. I highly recommend this place! read more

If I could give less than one star I would. Ever since this company has gone under new ownership it has been horrific. I was involved in an unfortunate hit and run, after confirming with my insurance company we decided to take my car to tri lakes collision. After dealing with the unprofessionalism of just the general inspection we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow them to do the repairs despite the attitude we received in the beginning. After bringing my car in, they said they'll "get to it when they get to it" after having my car for 3 weeks, they misplaced my car. After dealing with the unprofessionalism of towing my car, to get more money out of the insurance company, we still don't have the car back, and are working long and hard to make sure we do not have to deal with this company any longer. Beware!!! Go elsewhere!! Save yourself the headache! read more

I can't say what kind of work they do. I can tell you that I would never let them do any work for me after going in to get a very simple bid. They were not the least bit interested in helping me. Rude , uncaring, no customer skills at all. Wanted to keep it local. Forget it. I'll go else where and maybe my business will be appreciated instead of acting like they are doing me a favor waiting on me at best. What a joke. If I treated my customers like this , I wouldn't have a business. Later TLC ! read more

HORRIBLE customer service. They called/emailed me dozens of times until they secured the job but later after they got their money they won't even return a phone call or email with a simple warranty question (not even claim). Even worse - they blocked off my phone number to ensure they won't be bothered. Just shows what their focus is - to get the money, and forget about customer and warranty later. Despicable business practices. Consider yourself warned! read more

These guys are great to work with! I brought my car in for repair and they kept me informed throughout the process. My car was completed as promised and they did a fantastic job. Pricing is competitive and very professional customer service. I would use them again in a heartbeat! read more

Nope! I was referred here by my insurance broker. The car came out body wise very nice, if only they had reassembled it! My wife picked it up,said the radio wasnt working well so I looked at the antenna cable which was not connected. Two days later I drove it to get gas for a trip, headlights and front signals not connected, bumper not fastened to the quarter panels under the wheel well moldings, rear bumper not fastened properly, rear parking sensors not connected, and now my wife says the trunk is not closing properly which means they probably didnt properly torque the hatch bolts. Each time they say "Bring it back, we will fix it" the problem is, they are 30 minutes away and I sit for 45 minutes while they "fix" it. Proper checks are not in place before releasing the car to the customer! read more
