Pathetic little tacos for almost $4 each, taste is whatever, not amazing. Just skip this place

Receipt of charged price

Was charged above stated prices on drive thru menu board. When I brought this to the cashiers attention she blamed it on lack of knowledge but made no effort to correct the price or even offer an apology (Please see both receipt and menu board pics). By this time I had already paid. They have always been on the pricey side but charging me even more that what is stated leaves me feeling cheated. They lost a customer for a lousy $2.09.

Best authentic tacos around. Cheese quesadilla for $3.00! Staff is always first rate. Very convenient and inexpensive. $13.00 for a steak taco dinner with a soda. Try it, you will like it! Stop for fuel and a car wash and get good tacos! I usually use the drive through. Always accurate and quick. If there are more of these around I would definitely dine there

Badly burned taco meat. Inedible.

This is meant for the Joliet location. I have eaten here several times and loved it! That is why this review got 2 stars. Based on my meal tonight, I would give it a negative star rating. My tacos were horrible and the meat was burnt, crunchy and not edible. I also learned if you order tacos, they are put on a paper plate and then aluminum foil is pressed down firmly around the plate. This causes and toppings ( cheese, sour cream, etc. ) to stick to the foil. So now your forced to scrape your taco meat and toppings off the foil. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied. It's time for me to find a different place for tacos. What a shame!

Taco dinner. At 2130pm....8$

Awesome awesome awesome!!! Went in there at 2130. They close at 2230. I hate being difficult, but the chick said "order anything!" She steered me to the tacos, with a gorgeous smile, and despite only being open for one more hour, I got some of the FRESHEST produce I've ever had. Yall are awesome... DEAR OWNER, PLEASE MAKE IT SO I CAN LEAVE A TIP ON MY DEBIT CARD!!!!! W.T.F. MAN, YOUR THROWING YOUR EMPLOYEES TIPS AWAY!!!!why do I have a feeling, if that was your money, that "glitch" wouldnt exist.....show your employees you care, let me leave a tip on my card!!!

Friendly service. Authentic Mexican. Hidden gem. Pictured is half of a chicken burrito opened up so you can see the inside. Big portions!

Best taco seasoning in joliet area for tacos!!! Never disappointed here with food. My favorite go…read moreto place for tacos. Haven't tried their burrito yet because everytime I go here I can't stop ordering tacos and then I'm full. I must try other things next time. Only thing I can complain about is that they are closed on Sunday!?!?! What??? Why would you close on Sunday dude? Lol

Yelp to the rescue again!…read more As with another yelper, I also grew up in Southern California, and spent half my life there. And then spent another 15 in Texas, and ate my way all over the Southwest. Get there early - when I arrived at 7, they were out of carne asada and picodillo. I ended up getting the taco dinner with carnitas. It ended up being a very good choice; most times I get carnitas, the meat is fatty and too chewy for my taste. These carnitas were lean, and muy delicioso. My heart skipped a beat when I saw they had elotes (Mexican corn). It's just as good as what I would get at 2 am at Fuel City in Dallas. I also got a couple churros for the road (my plan was to dip them in a Culver's concrete mixer, but they didn't make it that far). The churros were fresh out of the fryer, nice and hot and crunchy. I was too full to try the tamales. Maybe next time. They now accept credit cards with a minimum purchase of $5. Joliet is lucky to have this place. You will never look at Taco Bell the same. It's kind of difficult to get to it, just follow the US 52 signs. It's worth the drive.
