This has become my go-to salon for manis, pedis, and eyebrows. I always request Kelly who not only does a great job (my gel manis can last 2+ weeks without chipping!), but she is very sweet and easy to talk to as you are sitting. Tracy and the rest of the salon crew are equally welcoming, there are a ton of regulars which is always a good sign. Pricing is very reasonable as well (they don't mind if you need to tip on your credit card), and lots of colors to choose from. You can also park without trouble all along that portion of Belmont St. read more

There are three manicures I can remember in my adult life that made me think, "wow I didn't know my nails could look this good". This is one of them. I am so impressed with Tom and how detailed he was. He did an amazing job. I live in NYC and wish I could find someone this good in my neighborhood! read more

We booked an appointment here when it was a busy time on a Saturday afternoon but they found room for 2 kids and a parent . They worked very well but it took a lot of time to finish our nails. They listened to what we wanted and they tried to do it the right way. Also there are 2 kids chairs and they all had massagers. read more

This nail salon always does my nails the greatest way. I've been going since I was a young girl even before they had the "T Spa" name. I mainly get pedicures because my job doesn't allow me to paint my finger nails, but they always do a magnificent job. Everyone is so nice and sweet. They check to see if everything is okay, and do their job. read more

I've been going here for years and never disappointed! Sophia and the rest of the staff are super friendly and love to create a personal connection with their frequent customers. I'm always getting gel manicures which last longer than any salon I've been to and the lowest price I've seen at $25! The colors are endless and the lotions/scrubs are sensitive skin friendly (at least for me). Always leaving with a smile:) read more

I decided to try T Spa again, after having a "not so good" experience the last time I went here, several years ago (it's local). My pedicure was good, not fabulous, but "good enough". However, my manicure was so underwhelming; really disappointing. I believe this was mostly because it's a Saturday and they were super busy. I had an appointment for right when they opened. My pedicure was done first. When I was moved over to have my manicure done, the woman I had was obviously in charge of answering the phone, too, as others were standing around while it was ringing but not picking it up, and one of them actually brought the phone over to my manicurist to answer. Well, it was ringing off the hook, so the rest of the time was spent with her answering calls and "scheduling" appointments, with no schedule book in front of her, mind you; just telling people to come in at such and such a time, but not actually "scheduling" them (I feel bad for those people)! My manicure took a back seat to her booking appointments and it was, literally, the bare minimum done (and I actually upgraded to the gel manicure when I sat down, so I even paid more)! Very little done on my nails. Many friends like it here; I'll pay more and go to another local salon; at least I know I always get their full attention. read more

I went to T Spa based on the yelp reviews and was ecstatic to find that I had a very similar experience. I did a walk in appointment first thing Saturday morning and it was great. The pedicure was really great and polish was applied well and the foot and calf massage was awesome. I am not much of a talker so I just leaned back into the chair and closed my eyes and enjoyed the experience. I didn't ask about price before I got the pedi and was holding my breath when I went to pay. To my complete delight the service was reasonably priced and definitely a great value and experience. I will be returning. read more

I really love this place and have been coming here for about a year I was hooked on the first visit. I literally will not go anywhere else to get my nails done- I have been to my share of nail salons and T spa by far does the best work. I even moved closer to Boston and go back to Belmont every 3 weeks for my gel manicure (and only $25!!!) Expect to spend at least 1 hour here for a gel manicure as they spend extra time cleaning/ shaping your nails and making sure they are 100% perfect and dry. The owner Sofia is so sweet yet very professional- my favorite nail technician is Andy. They also have an extensive color selection. read more

I went here based off of a recommendation. I truly wasn't impressed. I had a pedicure and the woman who did my pedicure was far from gentle, cut one of my cuticles, and barely gave any effort. I also find it appalling that during the pedicure service they put tools in the same basket as another customer. There was barely a massage during the pedicure and I was not offered the basic, deluxe, or spa as advertised on their website. It's clear they have a clientele, but I would not come back here again. The only positive was that the owner was friendly. read more

I gave T Spa a proper try after only having gel removed here a couple times. I called and asked the price for a basic mani/pedi and couldn't be sure if she said $25 or $35. Once there, I'd swear the little screen that changes and the prices go by said $25. It seemed low but who'd pass up a good deal? In what may have been a case of me both mishearing and misreading, the price was ultimately $35 of course. More importantly, the work was definitely subpar. I wanted to love this place where it's SO close to work, gets generally really good reviews and the staff is super friendly, but the first strike came where there was polish on the skin and so much polish applied to the toenails that it started to bubble. Fingernail shape and polish are solid but she pulled when cutting the cuticle and it was bleeding in some places. Unfortunately not my new go-to. read more

I went in today for a last minute acrylic (I know-but my nails split vertically) fill and pedicure. I don't have any time so a pedi was long overdue and I was soooo looking forward to this. Stupidly, I went to work on my phone and always told paying attention. I asked for "as short as you can get them" which is very short. I'm an RN. Usually they ask if they are ok, but I wasn't paying attention so that's on me. But, then, I asked him to cut them down, apologizing (like it was all my fault-whatever) before he finished painting the second hand first coat. He said ok and kept going. Then went to cut them down when he was done. What? He had the drill in one hand and the clipper in the other. I paid and left. My toes came out good. Im now going back to my old salon-farther away and hard to park- because I need them fixed today!! Truly disappointed because this place got rave reviews from my daughter and is just down the street. read more

The spa is exactly that "MEH". Bottles of polish were sloppy looking. The wait was not bad. There was also an employee there wearing shorts so short her behind was literally hanging out as she was bending over many times. Completely inappropriate for a business! The woman who did my pedicure was nice yet clipped my skin with the cuticle cutters. Accidents happen I know. Then the woman who did my manicure Lynn H. was rude, no personality, no eye contact, no how are you today... She did not place a towel, a wrist rest pad or a paper towel at her work station. She just filed my nails and let me have to rest my arms in the nail dust on the table. It was uncomfortable for my arms with out the rest. When I asked her for one she said "no sorry" and carried on to give me a fast manicure, she hardly massaged my hands with lotion and sent me on my way. I will not return. read more

T Spa - My beautiful spring nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Belmont, Massachusetts

My friend and I were looking for a good nail salon close to our homes so we didn't have to go all the way out to Boston to get our nails done. We decided to try T Spa and are so happy we did. Since we made an appointment we were seated as soon as we arrived, although I did see walk ins while we were there and they were attended to pretty quickly too. I had a full set of acrylics done and am very pleased with how they came out. They are not too thick (a big annoyance for me with acrylics) and are nicely shaped. After we left my friend remarked how relaxed the atmosphere was and how it seemed like the manicurists really took their time on our nails. The owner Sophia is very sweet and really seems to know how to please and connect with customers. The cherry on top is the very reasonable prices. We will definitely be coming back and will be bringing our friends too :) read more

I have been going here for about 2 years now. The owner, Sophia, is absolutely fantastic, friendly & personable. She tries to make everyone feel welcome and remembers everyones name, you can tell she truly cares about her clients. She always meets my expectations. They raised prices by a few dollars due to covid-19, but it is reasonable and I personally think $28 for a shellac manicure that lasts me 3-4 weeks is worth it (regular pedicure $28 too). I would definitely recommend going here, if you want something specific then be specific! I always speak up when I want something done a certain way and they never fail to meet my expectations. Sometimes I go in and show them a picture and they are able to help me pick a similar color and carryout the design. Plus they are following Covid precautions, have clear curtains up and clear glass to separate one another. I find the reviews on here of people being dissatisfied are 1. They were uncomfy and didn't speak up or 2. They went a few years back when the salon had a different owner. read more

This place is awesome. I was here a week ago to get a French gel manicure and loved it so much that I came back to get a pedicure done before I went away for vacation and I am so happy I did. Mary did my pedicure and it was such an easy going and nice experience. What really made this place stand out to me though was the customer service. Over the first week that I got my gel manicure, due to my job working in an animal hospital, my thumb nail broke. Not thinking I could say anything since it was a week since I got my nails done I was planning to leave it alone until the owner Sophia saw this and offered to fix it for free. So not only do I have a beautiful pedicure, I have a great gel manicure too. read more

I have tried many nail salons in the greater Boston area, and none is as good as T Spa. I originally started going to them when I was getting acrylic nails done, because they were the only salon that took the time to soak the old set of acrylics off -- saving my nails the damage and me the pain of having them pried and clipped off like every other salon. They do wonderful work; my nails always looked very natural, much thinner than at other salons, and the hot stone massage included with the pedicure is fantastic! They have a great selection of polishes, and a good amount of gel polish, too. But the best thing about T Spa is the staff. Sophia is an absolute sweetheart, and every one of her employees goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your experience. The atmosphere is very friendly, and customers are greeted by name when they come in; Sophia can even tell who I am on the phone just from what time I book my appointments, she pays that much attention to her customers! So if you're looking for beautiful nails, a clean salon, and the absolute best customer service in the area, go to T Spa. It's well worth the drive from Boston, and parking is easy; whenever I go somewhere closer to home, I end up regretting it. Nobody tops T Spa! read more

WHAT HAPPENED?!?! I've been going to this salon for years for my manicures / pedicures and in that time ownership has changed more often than I change my under where and it's never really been an issue until now. The last 2 years or so the owners were great, Tracy, Kelly and the rest of the team were on point, but my most recent visit was beyond weird to say the least. I must mention I was here two weeks ago and chatted with the staff as I always have and not one word was uttered about their imminent departure. I walked in for my mani/pedi and was the only customer there with all new faces. Strange I thought, but ok. Pedicure started out like any other...then the 5 staff started hovering...staring....creeping. The pedicure "ended" with a 30 minute vigorous hot stone massage...which sounds really nice....but it got to the point I had to ask the old women to stop because my muscles and skin were screaming for relief!! I finally get over to the nail table and the younger girl stars my manicure. Again, 5 staff lingering, staring. My manicure starts and the old women comes over to start my back rub.....ok...... Back rub actually felt nice so I let it continue.....until she started to pet and rub my head and hair....then I had to thank her and tell her I was all set with the rub down at which point she laid her head on my back and proceeded to wrap her arms around me in a bear hug that was uncomfortably long. Back to the manicure. Novice, yes. Inexperienced, yes. Unbearably slow....YES! 1.5 hours for a manicure and at this point I was ready to just call it quits. I get up to wash my hands....she follows to watch and stand by waiting with a wash cloth because there were no paper towels on hand. I finally get through the painting process....another 30 minutes....and praise the lord I get to throw on my shoes and get out! Go to put on my shoes and the girl actually bends down to start putting my socks and shoes on for me! At this point I just say I can do it myself....I pay....I leave...run out. Now a lot of you might say this is just really personalized customer service....and maybe it was just a slow day and they were happy to have a customer, but this was just to much and way over the top for my taste. Not to mention the manicure was one of the worst I've ever gotten. Nails all different lengths....some round...some square....paint all over the place. Needless and very sad to say it's time to find another salon. read more

i've been to many a nail salon in the area and T Spa is the absolute best. I used to drive to Burlington to get my nails done since none of the salons in the area did as good of a job as that place, but recently decided to try T Spa since it had new owners (formally Diamond Nails). I have gone 3 times now and my nails look so great. The woman who did them is very nice and a perfectionist. I have pretty short nails and she did a great job making them look beautiful. I always get the gel manicures since I work outside and my nails break if I do not have a strong polish on. Love it and will be back! I plan on trying the waxing services next week. read more

I feel pretty mixed about T-Spa. On the one hand, their mani's and pedi's are definitely reasonably priced. My regular manicure lasted for about a week, which is a record for me. On the other hand, I got a gel manicure that started to chip just 24 hours later and didn't even last a full week. I was also left under the drying machine for over 90 minutes while my manicurist helped another customer with a mani/pedi (who came and left before I was done). Overall, the place is busy, and I'll probably be back because it is close and inexpensive, but it isn't a place I'd write home about. read more

Was underwhelmed with the pedicure here. It was only OK. It has been two weeks and my nails are so long that I just went to have them cut again. I usually don't need my nails cut this frequently. What really bothered me though was the amount of time other clients were waiting - with appointments. I was fine and was taken promptly but others were waiting 30-45 minutes on a Monday afternoon. That is not ok. I'll keep looking. read more

Great pedicure by Tracey but she totally skipped the leg and foot massage. I watched the person next to me receive what seemed a 10 minute massage. I visited T Spa and had my nails done by the owner, Tracy. This location used to be called Diamond Nails, but Tracy recently took over. The salon is very clean and open. Tracy is very nice, and her daughter who works at the front desk is also vey sweet and knowledgable about the nail colors and different types of polish. My finger nails look beautiful. Another woman did my pedicure, not Tracy. I did not get her name. The scrub and lower leg and foot massage were wonderful. Unfortunately my toe nail polish was put on very poorly. It would have looked better if I did it myself. This woman may have been new. I would have just asked for someone to redo my toe nails, but I was running late and had to leave. I will definitely go back because Tracy was great, but I will not have anything done by the woman who botched up the toe nail polish. read more
