As noted by the other reviewers, the communication with Grant was not good. Initially he responded quickly but then there was a delay due to a material shortage. I requested an update and he said it should ship at the end of October. In mid November after not receiving any replies to my calls or emails nor a tracking number, I called the credit card company to dispute the transaction. Here's where it gets interesting. I heard nothing for over a month. Then a delivery notice appears in my email with a tracking number from Grant Logan. I unboxed the 2 flue extenders today. Besides a few rivets popping during shipping, they look really good. Like better than expected. So I'm in a bind because the product itself is great for handmade items. If he had communicated better, I would have given 4 or possibly 5 stars.

His was the 2nd lowest, but the lowest lied to me about the warranty, and he was an hour away, and Dan is in Berea where my building is. He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge.
