Came to my house to give estimate for new roof, said he would call me the next day…read morewith estimate. He had placed his ladder on sidewalk at front door. I found it odd that someone would place a ladder at front door instead of side of the house. He left and I found my gutter was damaged where his ladder had been. Gutter was sagging and paint removed. Think he came back or called me the next door, of course NOT. I believe he saw the damage when he took his ladder down. If he was not man enough to tell me about the damage he did then he is not man enough to roof my house.
