They were incredibly loud all day Saturday with the repairs. I was told around 1pm that they should be finishing up in an hour so. They were there until at least 6pm. The next day, I have a scheduled repair for my back patio gate, because it had not been closing for 7+ weeks, and I could not wait for my HOA any longer as it was a safety issue. It was fixed and on that Sunday, I was able to open and close my back patio gate. The gutter repairs were (apparently) being continued to Monday morning. It was again loud, but not as loud as Saturday. I came home from work at 4pm to find them taking up my entire back patio. I left shortly after and returned at 7pm, to find the back patio gate unusable again. The same gate that I paid to have repaired the day prior, No one answered the phone number I had for them, despite advertising themselves as "24 hour" service. They were incredibly disrespectful of my property. This is extremely unacceptable for the prices they charge.

I was also looking to replace gutters, and he advised me that all of the gutters did not need replacing, which of course saved me money. Three weeks ago Jacob's Ladder came to my property for an estimate. I explained that getting the…read moreestimate was time sensitive, and the reasons thereof. They said they would not be able to start the project for about 3 months and I said that would be perfect timing; I only needed an estimate within a week. I told them I would be cancelling my original estimate since they came over so quickly, so I would really need their estimate. I have called them over half a dozen times and left messages with no response. Since there have been issues with phone service for the past 3 weeks, understandably there was a good possibility that they never even received my messages. Today, three weeks later, I again called the main number and texted the man who did the estimate. When I still received no answer, I called their emergency line explaining that although this is not an emergency, I thought that maybe they did not receive my previous messages and could she please relay the message. I went so far as to say that I know this is not an emergency as I am a RN and it's not life or death, but again, no one has returned a call or message in 3 weeks so perhaps they did not receive my previous messages. That said, I received a very nasty text from them saying that it was very offensive to them to inquire on their "emergency line" (the only line where someone answers the phone) that I expect a phone call back after 3 weeks of them doing the initial estimate and how "Christian" they are! So let me respond from the Bible, Proverbs 15:1: "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Christian IS as Christian DOES. I would not recommend this company.
