Not only was Steve a pleasure to do business with but all of the work was completed in a timely manner and some ahead of schedule. How refreshing to have someone say the work will be done at this time and actually have that be the case, and all the work was done better than expected. I called them for 6 months and they finally showed up to do my roof on 12/13/2023. On 12/26/2023, I started calling to let them know there were issues with the work. They have never called back. I've had multiple roofing contractors inspect the work and create estimates. They all agree the workmanship is very shoddy and I should take legal action. Just a sample of the issues found: * Improper gutter and drip guard installation * Failure to replace flashing, roof vents, boots, etc. * Some decking material is completely missing * Sagging gutters * Missing and torn underlayment * Leaking gutters causing water damage * Gaps that allow water entry

He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge.
