It was immediately apparent that it was not properly installed and when we brought it to their attention, the salesman, Bevan Cloete, came back out and spent an evening "fixing" what they had done. The first storm after, we experienced a NEW water leak in a different part of our house with the water damage extending down from our attic to our basement. When we asked them to fix this, the person they sent tried to argue that in the attic there was rust on the nails from the roof indicating a prior leak and that they were not responsible for any damage. However, after he inspected their work on the exterior, he ended up staying for more than an hour making repairs and no additional water has entered from the flashing sites. However, we are now stuck with having to repair and repaint 3 rooms (top floor, main floor, and basement) that experienced water damage. Company made no acknowledgement about this damage nor offered to pay costs of repair. Would absolutely NOT recommend them for this type of repair.

His was the 2nd lowest, but the lowest lied to me about the warranty, and he was an hour away, and Dan is in Berea where my building is. He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge. I will definitely be using A-Team Roofing from now on whenever I need roofing replacement or repairs
