He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge. You have not mentioned in your contract that you will be using a unique weather app that shows 30% of rain in Kentucky throughout the year. Please include that in your contract and make aware to your new customers. Please include few 1- and 2-star reviews to make it look like the reviews are real. I hope you will refund the money to all the 5 hard working single women that you assured to complete the work in 5 weeks
