I had the absolute best experience with Lexington Blue! After several weeks of heavy storns I had storm damage to my roof and a slow ceiling leak into one of my spare bedrooms. Since the original roof was still on the house (16 years old!) I decided it was time to replace the entire thing, and have the ceiling fixed. I spent a lot of time researching several different companies that could do the job and finally settled on Lexington Blue, and I was not disappointed! Keith did my original inspection, who was very punctual and a pleasure to have in my home. Keith informed me they would upgrade all my shingles to 30 year higher quality shingle, replace all the vents etc (instead of just taking them off and then putting them back), remove the satellite dish from the previous owner, and fix/paint the ceiling needing repair all for what the insurance quoted, and they would even file the paperwork for me! A few days before my roof was to be replaced, I received a call from Charlie (the project manager) to confirm the dates and times, and he answered any questions I had. The shingles were dropped in my driveway the evening prior to the work to be done, as promised, and the guys were up and at it before I knew it the next day. They worked very hard in the sweltering heat all day to make sure the job was done on time, and we're as polite as could be! When I got home that night everything was cleaned up, and I was touched to see the trash can I had set on the curb to be picked up that morning placed back next to the garage for me. I also received a call from the office manager as a simple FYI that good ol' Keith was promoted to the new project manager and would be my point man from then on. I could not be more pleased. (Congrats Keith! They made an excellent choice!) On the second morning, Eric (the painter) was to come by and check out the ceiling to see what types of tools he needed. He did so and said he'd be back after lunch (around 1) with everything he needed to fix my problem. He called at 12:50 pm to say he was running a bit late and to see if a 1:30 pm arrival time worked for me. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got to work replacing the drywall and painting. I have a large friendly German Shepherd who was unhappy being confined while they were here, and the guys lovingly said it would not bother them at all if he were let out. Eric kept the pup and I updated and had us take a look throughout the several stages of my ceiling repair, and he even went up through the attic to double check there wasn't any mold. When he was finished he cleaned and vacuumed up any mess, thanked me, and went on his way. I am so thankful I went with Lexington Blue! September they said I needed a new roof, my insurance company came out, agreed, I signed contract for 4-6 weeks a new roof. Paid almost $10k deposit - and now I've been ghosted. No response to online inquiries and to phone calls and messages. Today filed complains with BBB, Daniel Cameron- KY state attorney and with USAA. This is the WORST roofing/siding/contracting company I've EVER dealt with. Unfortunately I've been overseeing work that was supposed to be done to my DISABLED fathers home... They don't pick up the phone after they've destroyed your house until you call from a different number and act like you want a job done... I've spoke to the "production manager" named "Kam" - he hasn't answered ANY calls or texts in MONTHS. Every few weeks a white van will pull up in front of my dads house to "fix" the damage that they caused to my dads property and it just is a consistent IMPOSSIBLE task of finding out where they are in the process. It's been SIX MONTHS since we signed a contract to have a new roof and siding put on. In the process of tearing the roof off- they even through enough shingles to damage the neighbors vinyl siding(see pictures) and after promising me a million times that it would be complete- yet again they ghost me. Josh Broyles is the GM and we've talked several times, he's really good at talking someone off a ledge but will Only hold his word for a few days. The contractors working one day told me Lexington Blue doesn't pay them enough to do the jobs and that's why no one cares. My dad is disabled and can't get on a roof. They told him the job was done, he ALMOST signed over a sizable insurance check (already signed over 2) until I got on the roof and saw SOOOO many issues. They've left trash, took advantage of my father and I take it VERY personally. I'll post as many pictures as Google will let me, but PLEASE do yourself a huge favor and avoid a headache in the future. Call someone else. This is a crumbling group who is going to be broken down by lawsuits left and right. They shouldn't be allowed to even be in business. I also hired another roofing company and an inspector to come out and both companies literally LAUGHED at the work. It's embarrassing and humiliating and I hope this shows how you treat your customers. Just to add to this, my father is disabled from a stroke... caused from stress. After Lexington blue coerced him into making another claim, State Farm (who he's been with for over FIFTY years dropped his coverage)... do you think that would stress an older guy out? Plus knowing his house is in poor condition now that these guys got their hands on it. I threatened to hire an attorney, which is the next step, and they tried to persuade me saying that if someone else finished the work that we would lose the 50 year warranty on the shingles. BEWARE!!!! Look at the pictures! This is after they told me the job was done... now we are STILL waiting to have it repaired with NOOOOO response from anyone in the company. "Alex" their "sales manager" dresses in a suit and tie every day doesn't know what's going on. It's just an embarrassing group of people. I was beyond pleased with Jay Parks, and how he handled this job. Very efficient had contacted me early and throughout the day with pictures of my roof been done. And then checked everything after it was completed. My experience was better than I ever imagined. But this was after I got the company going. I thought it first they were never gonna follow through with this. I gave them the money and it was way too slow it following through with the roofing job after they got their money. We spent almost 3 months just trying to figure out what the heck was going on with our roof replacement. When we finally got sick of no one answering the phone or returning our call, we drove into Lexington from Wilmore to speak to someone. They scheduled us for our roof to be replaced on 10-1-2024. On the day our project was meant to begin, no one showed up. No one called to let us know what was going on. We arranged for our dogs to be out of the house and I worked elsewhere because of this. On 10-2-2024, I called and asked to speak to someone, and of course, no one was available. When we tried to cancel the job because of the lack of response from the company, they informed us that we would have to pay a 15% cancelation fee. In the meantime, our roof continued to leak and the damage to our front porch continued to get worse with all the rain. Their contract states that the work has to begin within a specific time frame (which it didn't) and yet they have the AUDACITY to tell us that we have to pay them 15% of the agreed upon price to fix the roof. I am not convinced that anyone would've called us after they no showed/no showed on our project start date. Do not use this company. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. read more

I have not ordered service from this company. This feedback concerns their ethics-or lack of. I have a sign on my door saying "No Solicitations Please and Thank You" and their sales person still rang my door bell. After pointing to the sign and telling her I'm not the homeowner she kept talking trying to get me to agree to letting her look at the roof. I point at the sign on my door again and say I'm not interested, that I'm not the home owner. She STILL kept talking trying to get me to take a stack of sales papers to give to my landlord the next time I see them. I tell her AGAIN I'm not the home owner, I'm not interested, I point to the sign on my door asking her if she can read it, and explain I have never even seen my landlord the place is managed by a property management company. Courtesy goes a long way people. If there's a sign on the door saying no solicitors have the courtesy to keep walking. On the plus side my dogs did not like her and would not stop barking at her the whole time she was being pushy. They don't normally bark at people at the door. My dogs have good instincts. Even if I did own the house I would not do business with a company who wants its people to be pushy sales people that ignore peoples request to be left alone. read more

I've been in cahoots with Lexington Blue for over a year and have waited to write a review in hopes that they will make things right and actually finish their job. At this point, they've stopped returning emails to us and the people we've worked with have blocked our cell phone numbers, so the only thing I CAN do is write a review. I hope it deters others from hiring this embarrassment of a company. A storm ripped through our neighborhood in July of 2023, and a few days later, Daniel Liponi, a Lexington Blue sales representative came knocking on my door. He offered a free inspection to see if there was any storm damage, and lo and behold, he found some! We submitted the paperwork he filled out to insurance and got our insurance to approve the job for a specific amount. Lexington Blue asked for us to pay 50% of the cost up front, so we got the check from insurance, and did so quickly. By the end of July, we had chosen the color of our shingles, signed all contracts, and they had THOUSANDS of dollars from us. Daniel told us we would have a new roof in 6-8 weeks, and we would get about a week's notice before. 8 weeks later, we'd not heard from Daniel. My husband called and left voicemails, and texted him several times with no reply. I did as well. This went on for months - October, November, and December. After reading the fine print on our contract, we realized that our contract was about to expire, so my husband called at the in January and said that we wanted our money back so we could take our business elsewhere. What do you know, but the scheduler called us back that day and booked us for the next week - on January 31st. At this point, we were 6 months post our initial encounter with Lexington Blue, and they had been sitting on THOUSANDS of dollars for about 5 months. I also would like to add that there's a clause in the contract that stops us from writing any negative reviews until several months after the contract has been signed - and they scheduled the roof install for just before we could've written anything. Installation day came and they showed up early and stayed in the dark to finish. When they were done, the supervisor tried to get my husband to sign off on the job, but he respectfully asked for him to come back the next day in the daylight to walk the property and show him everything so he could ensure it was done properly. We also received a text from Daniel asking us to leave him a 5 star review on Google. This was the last contact we had with him, and not for lack of trying. The supervisor did come back the next day, and while walking the property, my husband noticed some issues, including no drip edge installed on the back of the house, trim pieces installed in the wrong spot, a vent fan improperly placed that was making a lot of racket, and the fact that they had dropped nails on and ripped our brand new $700 hot tub cover. My husband refused to sign the contract that the job had been finished, and asked for them to come back and add a drip edge and fix the vent fan. Again, the process of them ghosting us started. The supervisor didn't reply to my husband, Daniel Liponi didn't reply to him either. I finally called Kamron, the guy who scheduled the job for us, and got through. He said he was going to send someone over to fix the things that were incomplete, but they weren't going to give us any credit back for the ripped hot tub cover. At this point it had been over a month since the initial install. When Kamron sent over a team to install the drip edge and fix the vent fan, they were not informed on what they were supposed to be doing, and unfortunately spoke no English. While I have no issue with a crew that doesn't speak English, it should be on Lexington Blue to communicate with them, not us. My husband stood in our driveway for 20 minutes on Google translate trying to tell them what needed to be fixed, and while they were able to fix the vent fan, they were not given the supplies to fix the drip edge or trim that was placed improperly. So they did what they could and left. After contacting Kamron and Daniel multiple times to try to get our drip edge installed, a different supervisor was sent over to look at it. This older gentleman was very nice and said he would send a crew back to fix it. Unfortunately, that has not happened, despite us calling multiple times and trying to get that scheduled. Nobody ever shows up.Lexington Blue had the audacity to send us an invoice despite the job not being done and us having never signed off on it. The invoice send was for $3,000 higher than our initial contract, and showed no credit for the $700 hot tub cover they ruined. My husband has tried multiple times to get a hold of them since the invoice came in, and so have I. We've called, texted, and emailed to no avail. At this point we are at a stalemate, and I have no idea what needs to happen for this job to get done. If Lexington Blue comes knocking on your door, I recommend declining. read more

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. This is the worst company in the entire state and if you allow them onto your property or entertain the possibility of using them to repair your roof IT WILL BE THE BIGEST MISTAKE YOU WILL EVER MAKE. The con starts right from the start with the door hangers and company info they use to promote their company. They DO NOT have an A+ rating with the BBB - in fact read all the complaints that have been filed with the BBB about this company. They are a NOT a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association - this was confirmed by the NRCA who advised they were issuing a warning to Lexington Blue to remove this claim from their advertising. Pay no attention to the reviews that are on their website. They are padded with a lot of ratings done by the staff and owner. We found out about that info from two of their staff after they left the company. To get real understanding about the type of operation Lexington Blue runs, read the BBB complaints, read the YELP reviews, read the Google reviews - Read the Reddit's that about this company - their bad service, their false advertising - their out of control sign campaigns - it will make you sick to see what this company is doing and make you question how they have been allowed to remain in business and continue to mislead customers, take their money and not do the work or if they do the work it will be sub par and will just lead to further repairs and damages to your home. I was one of those homeowners who answered the door in August of 2024 and fell for their false credentials and matching polo shirts and the reviews on THEIR website. They inspected my roof, called my insurance company, filed a claim and callled or texted Everyday to see if my insurance company had sent the check for the claim yet. As soon as the check came they showed up at our door. Requested the full amount of the claim and advised that they would file for the supplementals and they would perform the room repairs in the next 4 to 6 weeks. I could go on and on and give you a detailed overview of the nightmare that would follow but let me give you the quick overview of what has occurred and what we are still dealing with almost 7 months later. Hundreds of unanswered telephone calls and text message, more lies and broken promise that you can even imagine, discovering the hundreds of dissatisfied customers that they have and are currently scamming. Finding out that after the 4 to 6 weeks had passed that their was a queue of over 300 customers ahead of us and they would call when we were next in line. After the false advertising and missing their deadline I asked for my deposit back and advised them I would go elsewhere and being informed that it take 6 to 10 weeks and they charge 15% for cancelling a job. If you do get a refund even a partial one it can bounce when you put it in your bank (read the story of what that customer went through and their reviewof this company). Getting letters from this company saying that we had been approved for the supplemental claims and gave directions to call them when that check arrived so that they could get that money as well so that the repairs would happen on time. This was 12 weeks into this ordeal and after calling our insurance company we were advised that it was all a lie and they had filed for nothing. They ignore Letters of Demand even after getting it via certified mail. I am 66 years old and have a home that my mother and I own. She is 86 years old and has advanced Parkinson's. We are having to hire an attorney and sue this company to get our money returned to us so I can have the repairs done to our roof that is going to require even more repairs than it did when this all started. Please avoid getting conned by this group. Read about the owner, stay clear of the employee Danny Liponi - he will lie and con you out of every cent he can and then just stop taking your calls. I am a very disappointed customer. I would be very wary about trusting this company. I had my roof completed on July 30 by Lexington Blue. The company owes me $2300. The last insurance check included money for other storm damage as well as the supplemental requests for the roof. I was told that I would get this check after all work was completed. It is now December and I still have not received the check. I have called almost every week or two to follow up. The head of the financial department supposedly mailed the check on November 5th and it still has not gotten to me. They now say they have to wait three months since it was a certified check?? I feel like I'm getting a total runaround and though their work to the roof seemed fine, the way the business has been handled has been awful! Months passed between the time this company knocked on my door and the time I told them to throw away my contract, which was unnecessary because they'd already lost it - twice. During that time I worked with three different salespeople, all of whom stood me up repeatedly or showed up after dark unannounced. All eventually ghosted me but I was never informed by the company that my messages were being sent into empty space. When I called to follow up they had no record I had ever been a customer. This was after it had already been filed with insurance! I was told I'd be contacted by a supervisor. I never was, so I called again, and again was never contacted. I fired them and hired another roofer who did a fabulous job - I had a wonderful and much needed roof within a month. Cannot emphasize enough of how repulsive and poor this company works. This company truly does not care for their reputation or ethics. They were in touch with me daily to get my deposit down, then proceed to STOP EVERY SINGLE COMMUNICATION after receiving their check. I have multiple screenshots of the many calls AND texts I sent to their company with zero replies back. Multiple voicemails, zero calls back. Started the process in July and didn't get any commutation until I showed up to their office to talk to them face to face in November and show them the proof of calls, texts and voicemails. I tried to communication many times with my sales rep who left the company, I then was told I needed to talk to Cameron, sales manager, who returned ZERO of my calls, texts. Results of no communication and the wait time my house obtain multiple damages in the interior. After many attempts of canceling my contract with no luck, I got my new roof months after. Zero communications thru that process, I was told I would receive communication thru the process the roof being installed. Next day I got home only to find employees on my roof finishing the job they didn't complete the day before. Josh, sales manager, never replied to my messages I sent him or calls BUT conveniently returned my text message 5 minutes after I said l I had the remaining balance check to turn in. Am I able to give less than 1 star? I am going to start here....I have called SIXTEEN times and cannot get anyone to return my call. I have sent 5 emails. I have tried to go through the website and request an estimate to see if anyone will call me back that way, but still no return service. May 2020 - Galen drops off flyer, and we speak in the driveway. Galen comes to inspect the roof and takes measurements and notes several times. He believes my insurance will pay for the replacement, so he writes up roof issues,etc; June 2020 - Insurance Adjuster conducts first inspection, he photographs interior issues and contracts first ladder to inspect the top of the roof. First ladder records leaks on the roof. July 2, 2020 Insurance claim is signed and filed to include: full roof replacement, interior painting and dry wall repairs to leaks to the master bedroom, the upstairs guest room, the living room and the downstairs bathroom. All rooms will have full repaints, all walls, and ceilings. July 2020 - Galen brings over the contract, which I sign, and then he indicates it could be several weeks before someone is able to put the roof on due to the high volume at the company. He assures me that Lexington Blue can contract the interior work, as well as completing the roof replacement. Galen brings over the roof swatches on another date and assists me in selecting shingles. August 2020 - No word from Galen; I send a few texts, as well as make some calls, but Galen does not return communication. I assume that Lexington Blue is very busy, as I had been told, and am patiently waiting my turn. September 2020 - After not hearing from Galen, I finally call Blue Roofing to check on when the roof will be installed and to indicate that I have not heard from Galen. I am told Galen has left and that no roof replacement has been scheduled for me, despite having waited with a leaking roof since May, and having signed a contract in July. I am referred to Aaron Tolson, who states that he is the project manager and that he will be handling the roofing project personally from now on. He apologizes for not scheduling my roof, but says some of Galen's clients must not have been contacted as he doesn't have a record of my being scheduled. He states that he does not have a copy of the claim or the insurance information or the contract. I have to send all of the information to him, for the SECOND time. November 5, 2020 - a group of roofers comes out and finishes the roof in one day. November 15, 2020 - I hear nothing from Lexington Blue. I finally contact Aaron Tolson again to indicate that no one has come to complete the interior work of painting and drywall projects. I ask him when it will be started. Again he apologizes and he says that he will get someone out immediately. November 16, 2020 - A man named Daniel and another man show up to do the dry wall repairs and painting projects in the interior. They immediately indicate that they are not usually painters, but rather, work on the Lexington Blue gutter crew. I text Tolson and ask if he has confidence in them as painters and drywall workers and he says that he does. The painters are under the impression that they are only doing one portion of the walls, etc; and state that Mr. Tolson had told them this information. Tolson argues this on the phone and I have to send the insurance claim and the contract for a THIRD time, so that I can show what is included in the interior work. What happens next is a total disaster. They work about 4-5 hours a day for several days and they do not cover any of my furniture. They get paint on everything: walls,furniture, doors,windows, floors, etc; drywall dust is everywhere. They are not able to paint straight lines between the ceiling and the walls or on the trim. They finally declare that they are finished on 11/23, although they have left drywall dust everywhere and there are no straight lines anywhere. I am absolutely flabbergasted at both the mess they have made, as well as the poor quality of work that they have done. At this point, it is several days before Thanksgiving, so I have to cancel plans to have Thanksgiving in my house and spend all of the Thanksgiving break repainting windows, climbing up on ladders to repaint the edges of the ceilings, cleaning, moving furniture back etc; it is still in disrepair and several rooms have been painted without being spackled and scraped, etc; I leave the master bedroom as is, and sleep in the guest room so that Lexington Blue can see the mess. This job is a total mess and it looks as though kindergarteners have done the painting. The bathroom walls have been lightly scraped and painted over in such a way that the walls are not smooth. There is paint on the vanity. The bedroom ceiling also looks as though there was paint put on top of a rough surface. Guy literally claimed "because of his glasses," he didn't see it. Then, after I had closed the door, he returned to leave a bunch of unwanted junk on our door, then, when I opened the door again to ask him to take it back, he acted like he didn't hear me. If I could leave less than 1 star I most assuredly would. All started out well enough but went downhill very fast. Sean was great to work with in the inspection and contracting phase but once others took over all customer service and professionalism went out the window. I scheduled the new roof instillation in May, work occurred in early July. In the process of having the roof installed the crew destroyed the landscaping in front of the house. Some light damage sometimes happens and I'm aware of that but this was complete destruction. 8 evergreen bushes, rose bushes and recently applied mulch were completely crushed and mangled with huge bare patches where the mulch used to be. This is not my first roof so I know what to expect but this way way beyond acceptable. I spoke to the staff who asked me to get an estimate on repairs, which I submitted and they ignored. They said they had to use their own people. OK, fine, then why did I need to submit an estimate for the repairs? I repeatedly reached out but no resolution. The two times I did get someone to call back they assured me someone would come out, one even saying the crew would be out the following week. They never came. It's now been 5 months and no one has called back or come by. I will never use this company again. read more

I am very disappointed with this company. I called them to get a quote on putting facia and gutters on our house. Riley returned my call (even though I had specifically asked in my message that he email me) and was super nice. We set up an appointment for him to come out to my house to take a look. He arrived on time and was very nice. He asked if he could go up on the roof and I agreed. After a few minutes up there, he asked which homeowners insurance company I used. I told him and he said, " great - you should file a report because you need a new roof." I was surprised, because we had just bought the house a couple months earlier and our home inspector did not indicate that we needed a new roof. Riley said there were damaged shingles in several spots and that it warranted a whole new roof. I asked if the damage looked new (we had just had a few heavy storms) or old, because if it pre-dated our purchase, I was sure our insurance wouldn't cover it. And I didn't want to file a claim for something that was already there when we bought the house. Riley said that it could have happened in the recent storm and encouraged me to file. He said there was no reason not to - the adjustor would just come out and take a look and it wouldn't effect our rates or anything. I said okay and within seconds he had my insurance company on the phone to help me file the claim. He had a form for me to sign that said that I agreed to let them do the roofing job if the insurance company paid for it. I was becoming very uncomfortable with this whole thing, but went along with it. A week goes by and I still don't get a quote on the facia and gutters that I wanted in the first place. Riley calls and asks the status of the claim. I said I was waiting on hearing from the adjustor and asked about the quote he was supposed to send me. He replied that he was waiting to find out about the roof job (one was not dependent on the other) which told me that he had no interest in doing the job I had initially contacted him about. Apparently, he never took any measurements when he came to the house. So he went back out, took measurements and sent me a quote (which was double the cost our current contractor quoted us). I was feeling icky about the claim and tried to cancel it, but the adjustor never returned my call. He showed up, checked out the roof, and said there was absolutely no recent damage up there. He said the few shingles up there that were "damaged" were just old shingles that should be replaced at some point, but anyone who knew what he was talking about would know they were worn from age, not damaged in a recent storm. He said that a number of companies are going around and getting homeowners to file claims so the companies can get more work. Sometimes the claim goes through, but most of the time it is bogus. It is a scam. He said that he wished Riley were there so he could yell at him. And the worst part? If we have to file a claim again in the next two or three years, then our premiums may go up. Riley said our premiums wouldn't go up from filing THIS claim (true), but he left off the part about them going up the NEXT time we file a claim. Jerk. Stay away from this company. They are liars and scammers. They should be ashamed of themselves and their business practices. read more

I would give less than one star if possible. Lexington Blue is not interested in your business so start by just calling another company and don't waste your time. We never heard from the sales rep we started working with so we called. The receptionist said that he no longer works there. I don't know why someone else didn't take his accounts, but no one has contacted us. My husband and I have both called several times and not one call has been returned. Even when the receptionist has transferred me to the General Manager, Patricia, because "she is here and will answer her phone", I got her voice mail. I'm done leaving messages that won't be heard. I've emailed and still not heard from anyone. I'm thankful that we didn't get further along in the process before learning what type of company they are. We're with another company now and they're great! Of course, it wouldn't take much in comparison. read more

Really dont' know what else to say, but if the job was too small, too large, didn't feel like doing it, You live in Nicholasville and we don't travel, or whatever your excuse is, least call the customer back and let them know. I can take bad news that you can't help, but don't offer "we are the best yada yada yada" unless you can back it up. They may be the best roofers in the state, but guess I'll never know. Stood behind warranty and after a few set backs went above and beyond their responsibility.

These guys came to our door this afternoon and left a bunch of unwanted materials hanging on our door (completely ignoring all of the "no soliciting" signs in the process). They returned this evening and we ignored the door bell since we were eating and it was almost our baby's bed time. They then pounded on the door until I opened it, and when I pointed out the "no solication" signage and that my baby was now screaming, they became very rude. I will never do business with a company that is so incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. read more

Keith came out to look at a leak on my Mom's roof. After checking it out inside and out he said it was a simple leak around a vent pipe that just needed new tar. He suggested a handyman would be a much cheaper fix. Look, he could have said we'll do it for $500 or whatever, and I would have never known the difference. He didn't even charge me for looking. We called to request a estimate for repair. It was very confusing when several people called from the same company not knowing that others had already called. On the day of the estimate the guy was extremely late and said someone stole his phone. I let it slide cause we were just home all day. The guy said he'd have to write the estimate high because they couldn't be sure of how much damage there was till they opened the roof. He said that the work would be extensive and had to call his production team to see if they could even do the job. It made sense at the time but I feel stupid for listening. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks for the work to be done. We waited and called and waited and were put off. There was some rain issues but the work took 9 weeks to start. When the subcontractors showed up they got on the roof said this is an easy fix and shouldn't take more than two hour. There was no extensive work nor extensive damage seen after opening the roof. The subcontractor told us to contact the office for an adjustment. Well, first they tried to claim there was work done that wasn't and when I called him on that lie he tried to claim the materials used were extraordinarily dangerous and there were only 4 people in my area even willing to use it. This was not on my contract and when I said this doesn't make sense he very sternly told me he is a Christian man. I didn't like being intimidated by his use of this tactic. I reached out to Lexington Blue due to an issue with a leak in our crawl space that I thought was coming from our siding. Keith immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Keith arrived to inspect my property and informed that the problem I had was much less serious and required minor maintenance opposed to replacing all of our siding. Instead of the used car salesman routine, Keith provided me with an honest diagnosis that would remedy my issues without needing to liquidate my 401k. I appreciated the professionalism and honesty, and will be using Keith and Lexington Blue for any issues down the road because I can trust them to have my best interests in mind.
