After numerous calls to Jim and his wife, it has not been repaired per the "warranty". Now my calls are not even being answered or returned. Have been more than patient for over 4 months. I understand he is busy and usually alone when building but this has become unacceptable. Spent over $6000 with him for fencing and he has not honored his warranty.
