Each day, my backyard was left in great condition, i.e. no debris, trash, or tools lying around. Materials were brought in as they were needed and the old fencing was removed after the first day. While there were some minor issues due to hands-on training with a new crew, Vinny immediately corrected them at no extra cost. His years of experience showed in the quality of his work, and his explanations for how things were being built to prevent gravity weighing anything down in the future. I explained to Josh what I was looking for and he quoted me a price. I never heard from any of the other companies on the website. I made contact with Josh on a Thursday and he said he'd be out on Tuesday. On Tuesday, he came out and measured and said that he'd be back on Wednesday morning. He indicated he'd be on his way after picking up the material. Unfortunately, the supplier had a slight problem and he was delayed. He made it to the house and went straight to work about two and half hours later, he was finished. The work did what I needed it to do-cover the basement opening and allow the water to drain off the cover--keeping my grandson safe all the while. Josh is responsive. He listened to what I was looking for and he delivered. I will use Josh's services if I have a need and I highly recommend him. I hired Burberry Fencing back in October 2021 and paid him half for the materials on my privacy…read morefence. He told me he would get started on ours the following Monday and we were next on his list. We continued to wait and kept being lied to with one excuse after the other. He said he would come tomorrow and then next week and yet no sign of him. Once I requested my money back and told him I had had enough of his excuses, he finally showed up in December (two months after he had cashed my check) and set the posts. We were told he would be back two days later once the concrete dries (more lies) and still have yet to see or hear from DeWayne. I have tried countless attempts to contact Mr. Burberry. He ignores all of my texts and has even hung up on me once he realized who it is on the phone. He sounded good when I initially discussed getting a fence. He sold a good pitch and I even had neighbors recommend him. I still have yet to get a fence nor my money back six months later. Yet he keeps working and posting all of these jobs he is completing. Buyers please beware! I just want my money, but yet he cannot do the right thing and give it back. So until then, I will do my part and continue to give honest reviews all over the internet to warn others of how I was poorly treated as a customer.
